AGE Solutions is looking for a Sr. Cross Domain Solutions Support Specialist to join our team in support of an upcoming cybersecurity risk management and assessment program with our DoD customer. In this position, you will organize and manage DSAWG and CDTAB meetings, including scheduling, logistics, agendas, and minutes. You will also participate in and contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly working groups, boards, and panels to include CDTAB, DSAWG, Information Domain, and IRSMC board meetings.


Individuals in this role must be available to work on-site at Ft. Meade, MD for the majority of the workweek.


Responsibilities Include:



  • Coordinate with DISA stakeholders, ISSMs, and PMs to resolve non-compliance issues identified in the Cybersecurity Scorecard.
  • Keep DISA senior leadership and cybersecurity stakeholders informed of all Cybersecurity Scorecard non-compliance findings.
  • Serve as the primary briefer for CDS requests, tickets, ad-hoc meetings, and annual reviews at CDTAB, DSAWG, Information Domain, and IRSMC boards.
  • Apply broad technical expertise in cybersecurity, networking, system architecture, cross-domain technologies, DMZ design, and controlled interfaces.
  • Participate in and contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly working groups, boards, and panels.
  • Support the CDTAB Chair and Secretariat on CDS-related issues and actions.
  • Implement CDTAB strategic goals including policy planning, risk analysis, and vulnerability assessments.
  • Identify and propose issues requiring CDTAB risk decisions and organize topics for monthly meetings.
  • Execute DSAWG strategic goals and conduct risk and vulnerability assessments for related initiatives.
  • Maintain DSAWG and CDTAB online platforms, ensuring access to briefings, policies, references, tracking tools, and contact directories.
  • Notify the CDTAB community of all CDS tickets and requests pending review.
  • Organize and manage DSAWG and CDTAB meetings, including scheduling, logistics, agendas, and minutes.
  • Communicate deadlines for submission of agendas, briefs, and discussion topics.
  • Draft, proof, and distribute meeting materials to DSAWG and CDTAB members in advance.
  • Maintain standardized briefing templates and formats for both forums.
  • Record and publish all meeting minutes, decisions, briefings, and supporting documents.
  • Keep updated contact lists and email distribution groups for members and advisors.
  • Develop monthly status reports (MSRs) for CDTAB and DSAWG.
  • Prepare up to 10 SOPs or internal documents annually.
  • Create up to 5 technical papers per year on DSAWG-related issues for coordination with DoD/IC stakeholders.
  • Produce up to 12 white papers, CONOPS, and contingency plans annually to support RE4 functions.
  • Manage monthly ballots for CDTAB and DSAWG, averaging 20 CDS requests, 20 tickets, 10-20 briefings, and 15 annual reviews-volume may vary monthly.

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree (IT-related field preferred)
  • Six (6) or more years leading Risk Management teams
  • Five (5) or more years IT program management experience leading audits and inspections in DoD/Federal environment
  • Have an active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
  • DoD 8570 IAM or IAT Level III certification
  • Functional area expertise in National and DoD IT policy
  • Expert level knowledge and experience as a technical expert providing technical direction, interpretation, and alternatives in areas such as but not limited to; Information Systems Architecture, Telecommunications Systems Design, Architecture, Implementation, Information Systems Integration, Software Development Methodologies, Security Engineering, Communications and Network Systems Management.
  • Expert level knowledge in guiding the successful completion of major programs and may function in a project leadership role Proven ability to prepare and present technical documentation, strategic briefings, and governance materials for senior-level DoD boards (e.g., CDTAB, DSAWG, IRSMC)
  • Excellent technical writing and communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Customer service skills

Currently, we are looking for a Senior Oracle Cloud Financials Solution Architect to join our team. This is a key role playing an integral part in our growing Oracle ERP practice. Job Description:

The Solution Architect, Personalization leads and supports architecture activities for a portfolio of enterprise-level solutions. This includes systems such as customer data platforms, personalization engines, recommendation engines, loyalty and discount engines, promotional tools, communication platforms, CMS, DAM, mobile apps, master data solutions, in-store digital screens, ERP, HRMS, and POS systems.


You will provide architectural leadership, design oversight, and technology guidance to ensure solutions meet business requirements and comply with enterprise architecture governance. Responsibilities span five dimensions:


Responsibilities:

1. Interpret Business Needs

  • Translate customer journeys and business requirements into capability maps, value streams, technical requirements, and architectural blueprints
  • Collaborate with business owners, CX technology, product owners, and product managers
  • Determine enterprise solution designs that support future business capabilities


2. Technical Leadership

  • Guide development & engineering teams with technical expertise and architectural vision


3. Assess Technology

  • Analyze current-state solutions for aging tech, misalignment, or deficiencies
  • Support product lifecycle decisions (maintain/refresh/retire)
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and market trends
  • Identify and recommend solutions for legacy systems and technical debt
  • Support product and project teams in selecting and configuring software


4. Apply Technology

  • Lead evaluation, design, and evolution of solution architecture across applications
  • Drive broader-scope architecture efforts across multiple projects/products
  • Develop strategic roadmaps for transitioning from current to future-state architecture
  • Act as a consultant across technologies, platforms, and vendor solutions
  • Guide execution of architectural plans throughout the product lifecycle
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture across agile teams


5. Provide Enterprise Guidance

  • Deliver reference models, standards, and architectural documentation
  • Support governance, compliance, and assurance processes
  • Help guide a community of practice (CoP) across technical teams
  • Define principles, guidelines, standards, and patterns for enterpriseโ€‘wide architecture



Compensation:

up to $150k per year annual salary + 5% annual bonus

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Skechers is enabling our business with AI through the development and adoption of private, proprietary AI technologies. The Senior Technical Solutions Analyst - GenAI is a key role within the Software Engineering and Architecture organization and will be central to continually developing and improving our Generative AI platform and technologies within Skechers.


The Senior Technical Solutions Analyst - GenAI will be at the helm of managing Skechersโ€™ private GenAI platform, SkechAI, which features two privately instanced Generative AI models, Claude & Stable Diffusion, along with several business-focused GenAI use cases. This pivotal role involves steering the platform to maximize its value to Skechers by overseeing the entire lifecycle of GenAI use case development from ideation to delivery and beyond. The GenAI Technical Analyst & Functional Lead will be the visionary force, identifying and prioritizing GenAI use cases and product enhancements, ensuring strategic alignment and effective deployment of resources. They will be the lead-from-the-front technology and Agile delivery experts deeply dedicated to their projects


This role will collaborate and work within high-velocity software engineering teams, bringing expertise in Agile software delivery. The candidate should be an experienced and motivated technologist who possesses a unique balance of technical depth and strong interpersonal skills. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or business analysis, preferably with experience in Generative AI, Artificial Intelligence, or related products.
  • Experience working in a hybrid IT environment that includes a mix of traditional and modern technology stacks.
  • Ability to communicate complex topics with precision and clarity.
  • Ability to accurately categorize and effectively communicate requirements.
  • Experience working directly with business-facing groups outside of development is a plus.
  • Experience working within an Agile team is a plus.
  • Extensive experience documenting development requirements, process flows, and testing requirements, as well as coordinating code reviews and documentation sign-offs.
  • Ability to create strong presentations and roadmaps, and collaborate effectively with senior technology leaders.

The pay range for this position is $150,000-$185,000/yr USD.

What Weโ€™re Looking For:
