Core Responsibilities:

Brand & Campaign Leadership

  • Own marketing calendar across product launches, seasonal campaigns, and key retail milestones (trade shows, partner promotions, and sell-through windows).

  • Lead campaign planning and performance analysis


Content, Social & Creative Execution

Community & Partnership Marketing

  • Attend Networking events on behalf of Pirani
  • Support events and festival activations
  • Build relationships with aligned brands, nonprofits, and creators


E-commerce & Growth Marketing

  • Execute and maintain Shopify updates, including homepage/ menu refreshes, product launches, collection curation, and campaign integrations.
  • Collaborate on paid + organic growth strategy.
  • Analyze performance metrics using Triple Whale/ Google Analytics and identify areas of concern and opportunities for improvement.
  • Establish and maintain brand voice standards across customer service channels, collaborating with the CX team to ensure Gorgias messaging reflects Pirani’s tone and values.


Team + Vendor Leadership

  • Manage marketing specific agencies, freelancers, creators, and collaborators
  • Help define SOPs and project management platforms
  • Eventually, help build and mentor a small marketing team


Must-Have Experience

  • 3+ years marketing experience (brand, digital, or growth)
  • Experience working at a startup, small brand, or high-ownership environment
  • Shopify and Klaviyo experience (or equivalent)
  • Social media channel management experience
  • Strong content instincts (visual + copy storytelling)

Opportunity

Skybound is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Systems Designer to help build a thrilling new game franchise. The Senior Systems Designers create rewarding loops that help players set goals, progress, and stay engaged over multiple play sessions. You will collaborate closely with the Game Director, department leads, and cross-disciplinary teams to define and drive the strategic vision for player progression and meta systems. We are seeking an Assistant In Embedded Training Researcher/Software Engineer with expertise in advanced algorithms and software development, computer visualization, and immersive training technologies to support the design, development, and implementation of next-generation embedded, visual, and intelligent research training systems. The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team conducting applied research in simulation-based training, modeling, and opportunity-based training systems.

Key Responsibilities


  • Research, design, develop, and implement software to enhance training in real-world and 3D environments. Develop high-fidelity visual simulation and application prototypes.


  • Research and develop frameworks for embedded hardware and software for advanced embedded training systems.


  • Work with interdisciplinary teams including engineers, cognitive scientists, and domain experts to define research objectives, design experiments, and analyze results.

Key Responsibilities:


Campaign Management


• Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

• Oversee the art direction of all marketing campaigns, ensuring the visual aesthetic aligns with the brand’s identity and resonates with target audiences.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to craft compelling copy and visuals for marketing deliverables, including email, social media, website content, and digital ads.

• Track campaign performance and adjust strategies based on key metrics (e.g., engagement, conversions, ROI).


Content Creation & Social Media Management


• Coordinate and create engaging and visually appealing social media content using tools such as Canva, Adobe suite ensuring all visuals align with the brand’s tone, voice, and marketing objectives.

• Write copy for social media posts and oversee the visual content, curating the overall brand aesthetics across all platforms.

• Manage product tagging, links, and calls-to-action across social media channels to drive traffic and track campaign success.

 

Email & SMS Marketing


• Manage and execute email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo, including creative direction, copywriting, segmentation, and scheduling.

• Optimize email flows and automated sequences to enhance customer engagement, conversion rates, and overall lifecycle marketing.


B2B Marketing Management


• Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to engage brand partners, wholesale clients, and key business stakeholders.

• Create marketing collateral (e.g., presentations, digital assets, co-branded content) that supports B2B partnerships and drives sales.

• Manage trade show branding, including the creation of booth designs, promotional materials, and displays. Travel may be required for trade show attendance.

• Build and nurture relationships with business partners, attending industry events, and engaging in conversations to support brand growth in B2B channels.

• Measure the success of B2B campaigns by tracking key metrics such as lead generation, conversions, and partnership growth. 


External Partner Management


• Collaborate with external ad agencies and influencer marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, influencer/creator seeding PR packages.

• Oversee the creative direction for ad campaigns and influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand values and strategic goals.

• Manage relationships with external partners, negotiating contracts, timelines, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget. 


Cross-Functional Collaboration


• Work closely with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with business objectives and meet customer needs.

• Collaborate with external agencies or freelance designers, photographers, creators, and copywriters when needed for larger marketing projects.


Reporting and Analysis

• Regularly track and analyze the performance of all marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid ads, and B2B channels

.• Provide actionable insights to senior management based on campaign performance and industry trends, adjusting future strategies accordingly. 


Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in marketing management, with a focus on brand marketing, content creation, and email/SMS marketing. Experience in B2B marketing is highly preferred.

• Proficient in Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, Adobe and other marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, Google Analytics, Instagram Shop, TikTok Shop

• Experience in CPG Marketing

• Strong understanding of both DTC and B2B marketing strategies

.• Proven art direction experience with a keen eye for design and detail.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

• Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on performance metrics.

• Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills.



Preferred Qualifications:


• Experience managing Omni-Channel DTC and trade show branding and attending industry events.

• Experience in B2B marketing• Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies

• Experience with CRM tools and customer segmentation strategies.

• Knowledge of email flow optimization and A/B testing.

Job Overview

AGS is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Event Coordinator to support the execution of marketing events, promotions, and casino partnership initiatives across AGS’ Slots, Tables, and Interactive divisions. Working closely with the Promotions Manager, this role supports a high volume of events that vary in scope and format, requiring flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to pivot quickly as priorities change.


The Event Coordinator assists with event logistics, timelines, vendor coordination, travel, and on-site execution for casino promotions, product launches, trade shows, and customer activations. Maintaining strong relationships with casino operator partners is a key priority, helping ensure seamless execution and a consistent, professional presence for AGS in market.


Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute casino promotions, events, trade shows, customer events, and product launches across Slots, Tables, and Interactive divisions.
  • Serve as a point of contact for casino marketing teams for assigned events, managing logistics, timelines, and on-site execution.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with casino operator partners through reliable execution and clear communication.
  • Coordinate all event logistics including schedules, travel, shipping, vendor management, and on-site support.
  • Develop and maintain event-related presentations and decks, including pitch decks, event concept decks, timelines and run-of-show presentations, and post-event recap decks for internal teams and casino partners.
  • Coordinate sourcing and purchasing for swag, live entertainment, and decor by identifying suppliers, negotiating pricing, and managing procurement processes.
  • Source, coordinate, and manage influencers, talent, and content creators for events and promotional activations, including scheduling, travel, and on-site coordination.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal AGS teams (sales, marketing, product, creative) to deliver on-brand, on-time event execution.
  • Manage multiple events and activations simultaneously, adapting quickly to changing priorities and in-market needs.
  • Track event budgets, documentation, and run-of-show details; prepare post-event recaps and summaries.
  • Ensure all events and activations comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and brand standards.


Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience coordinating marketing events, promotions, activations, or live experiences in a fast-paced environment.
