Alexander Twilight Academy is at an incredibly exciting inflection point after placing 100% of our 2023, 2024, and 2025 8th grade applicants into the Boston Exam Schools and prestigious independent day and boarding schools with a cumulative total of over $37M of financial aid in hand. ATA is continuing to grow and scale both the middle school model and fully build out the high school and college aspects of the model with robust programming, support systems, career exploration, internship training and placement, as well as college guidance and placement. Our first cohort of students will be entering college in fall 2027.


About the Role 

As the Assistant Director of Operations, you will be responsible for the following scope of work.

  • Support all logistics for school-year and summer programming, including management of vendors, transportation, and food services. 
  • Assist with compliance and execution of human resources functions such as benefits administration, issuing staff contracts, and staff onboarding. 
  • Manage logistics for staff learning opportunities and community building to ensure a highly effective and collaborative team culture. 
  • Conduct market research to grow and refine human resources policies.
  • Oversee office systems to ensure an efficient and productive work environment. 
  • Lead technology initiatives and troubleshooting, including Google Suite oversight and student chromebook management. 
  • Assist with key financial projects, including invoice processing, budgeting, and coordinating vendor payments. 
  • Support student information management systems, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.  
  • Lead the continued launch and rollout of ATA’s new Salesforce database. 
  • Oversee supply procurement in an efficient and highly cost effective manner. 
  • Serve as an advisor to a group of current ATA students and families.
  • Support additional programmatic projects as needed.

  • Fluency in Spanish, Haitian Creole, and/or Portuguese is preferred.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule - some Saturday and evening work is required.


The Details

This is a full-time role with expectations and benefits commensurate with all full-time roles at ATA.

  • Location: Our team works together in our Jamaica Plain office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, with optional remote days on Wednesdays and Fridays. During the 6-week Summer Leadership Program we are in-person every day.
  • Benefits: We offer a strong benefit package including healthcare, dental, vision, a 401K option, and a generous PTO policy including holiday closures.
  • Compensation: Salary for this position starts at $56,000 and is commensurate with experience.

Your Role Accountabilities

The manager will report to our CFO. This role requires deep, proven experience in real estate development and residential construction combined with advanced applied AI, data, and enterprise systems expertise.


The manager can work on-site or have a hybrid schedule.


This individual will lead the transformation of fragmented data and disconnected systems into a clean, structured, AI-ready ecosystem that improves efficiency, reduces costs, enhances forecasting, and elevates the customer experience. This is not a research role—this position focuses on practical, secure, ROI-driven AI embedded directly into daily workflows.


This is a full-time, individual contributor role with enterprise-wide responsibility and visibility.

AI STRATEGY & IMPLEMENTATION (PRIMARY FOCUS)


·      Design and execute an enterprise AI roadmap aligned with real estate development and homebuilding workflows

Responsibilities

As a Senior Level Designer you will be the creator that structures the game concept, creates and fulfills the environment of each level. You will also oversee the implementation and update of the core logic components that are necessary for these levels to work.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Create a complete and fascinating level for single player;
  • Apply core map level building principals to Points of Interest inside an open world map;
  • Work closely with writers to ensure a blend of gameplay and story;
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of your work from conception to delivery by correcting bugs and iterating based on peer assessment;
  • Actively participate in peer reviews of additional game modes and levels.


Qualifications

We Expect You To Have:

  • 4+ years’ experience in game industry as a level designer role;
  • Shipped at least one project on a level design role;
  • Worked on ARPG genre in a level design role;
  • Deep knowledge of game editor tools such as Radiant, Unreal, Unity or Crytek Editors;
  • A strong demonstrable portfolio of personal and/or professional work;
  • A proactive, self-driven teammate with outstanding problem-solving abilities;
  • Capability of communicating well both verbally and in writing.


Even Better If You Have:

  • Experience in shipping AAA games;
  • Experience in shipping large open world games;
  • Experience in Unreal 4/5 projects.

The Role

This is not a support role. This is an ownership role.


As Mid-weight Creative in US, you are the creative engine on the ground in Miami - the person who makes Baller League impossible to ignore in the American market. You'll own the day-to-day creative output: social content, manager promos, matchday moments, and cultural activations that turn games into stories and players into icons.


You'll work directly with the Global Creative Director, executing within a global creative system while bringing a sharp, culturally-tuned US perspective to everything you make. HQ sets the narrative and brand standards. You bring them to life - fast, on-brand, and with genuine cultural authority.


This role is built for a mid-weight creative who's ready to step up. You'll be trusted to run independently, but supported when the stakes are highest. If you've been waiting for a role where your instincts actually matter, this is it.


Responsibilities

  • A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and crafted execution - ideas that work, not just visuals that look good
  • Own the day-to-day social content calendar - platform-native formats, localised tone, cultural hooks that actually land
  • Concept and produce manager and player promo content, from brief through to delivery
  • Identify and activate around local cultural moments, trends, and talent - reactive, fast, and on-brand
  • Lead on-the-ground production for shoots and matchday content capture
  • Brief and manage local vendors, production partners, and creatives
  • Drive pre-season hype content and support campaign execution around tentpole moments
  • Feed narrative ideas and cultural intelligence back to HQ to strengthen the seasonal story
  • Present ideas clearly - comfortable in internal creative sessions and stakeholder conversations
  • Knows and loves soccer beyond knowing who Messi is. Understands what mobilises fans across soccer, entertainment, and culture tribes


Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of creative experience in content, brand, agency, or social-first environments
  • Proactive self-starter - you identify what needs to be made and you make it, without waiting to be briefed
  • Multi-disciplinary thinker across social, campaign, and live. Social-first, but not social-only
  • Deeply culturally aware: connected to what's happening in music, sport, and entertainment, and able to activate around it with speed and instinct
  • Can concept, write, storyboard, and manage productions independently end-to-end
  • Collaborative and confident - comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and working within a global team structure
  • Background in sport, entertainment, or youth culture brands is a strong advantage
  • Based in Miami (non-negotiable)
