Your Role Accountabilities
- Responsible for oversight and operation of commercial building normal, life safety and emergency electrical systems and related components encompassing utility cabinets and transformers through switchboards, risers and distribution panels.
- Oversee installation, start-up, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment associated with emergency power systems including diesel generators, paralleling switchgear breakers and controls, UPS systems/batteries, static switches and automatic transfer switches.
- Operate, test, troubleshoot, repair, and bypass building fire alarm and suppression systems, as required for inspection and/or to support ongoing construction efforts.
- Performs daily area checks, identifying and/or making repairs to lighting and electrical distribution components; identifies other trade deficiencies to Work Order Control.
- Performs all other tasks assigned by Lead Electrician /Electrical Manager in a manner consistent with all applicable NFPA 70 safety guidelines in a 24/7/365 environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of five (5) years directly related and progressively responsible electrical experience required, preferably in a critical infrastructure environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent and one of the following: Class I/Class II or IEC Journeymans license, completion of an accredited apprenticeship program and or two year certificate program at a vocational or technical training school and or a combination of any of the above with appropriate OJT or apprenticeship time and experience.
- Critical System Experience in sequence and operation of; emergency diesel generators, UPS systems/batteries, static switches, fire suppression systems, paralleling switchgear, automatic transfer switches, and utility breakers and controls
- General understanding of above and below ground utility services, transformers, and distribution switchgear.

Position Overview
The AI & Business Systems Manager is a senior, hands-on role responsible for designing, governing, and operationalizing artificial intelligence across Christopher Homes’ real estate development and luxury homebuilding platform. The manager will report to our CFO. This role requires deep, proven experience in real estate development and residential construction combined with advanced applied AI, data, and enterprise systems expertise.
The manager can work on-site or have a hybrid schedule.
This individual will lead the transformation of fragmented data and disconnected systems into a clean, structured, AI-ready ecosystem that improves efficiency, reduces costs, enhances forecasting, and elevates the customer experience. This is not a research role—this position focuses on practical, secure, ROI-driven AI embedded directly into daily workflows.
This is a full-time, individual contributor role with enterprise-wide responsibility and visibility.
Key Responsibilities
AI STRATEGY & IMPLEMENTATION (PRIMARY FOCUS)
· Design and execute an enterprise AI roadmap aligned with real estate development and homebuilding workflows
· Embed AI directly into core systems including Procore, ERP, Buildtopia, HubSpot, and Microsoft platforms
· Identify and deploy AI use cases for:
– Cost control and variance detection
– Schedule and cycle-time optimization
– Purchasing and vendor analysis
– Warranty trend prediction and root-cause analysis
– Marketing performance and lead intelligence
· Automate repetitive, manual, and error-prone processes using AI and intelligent workflows

What You Will Do

We are the market leader in immersive attractions and custom theming for Family Entertainment Centers and Location-Based Entertainment venues.
As an Account Executive (internally known as a Creative Consultant), you will be an instrumental part of our all-star team.
Your mission is directly tied to our WHY at Creative Works: to make powerful emotions and memories through immersive attractions like Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Lucky Putt, Escape Rooms, Limitless VR, and ValoArena.
This role is designed for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of high engagement and delivered results.
You will handle a blend of inbound leads, existing customer opportunities, and outbound prospecting to build your pipeline and regularly close 6-figure contracts.
What You'll Do Drive Revenue: Regularly win contracts and close 6-figure opportunities.
Prospect & Qualify: Make 20-40 targeted sales calls and outreaches per day to qualify and initiate contact with potential customers at all levels.
We receive thousands of inbound leads every year, your pipeline will always be full.
Consultative Selling: Ask fact-finding questions, actively listen to understand business pain points, and identify where Creative Works' solutions can add value.
Educate & Guide: Teach new leads about key success factors around our attractions and navigate sales cycles with single or multiple decision-makers.
Manage Pipeline: Track and manage all sales activities, trade show leads, and active prospecting using our CRM (Salesforce/Monday).
Represent the Brand: Travel 10-15% of the year for industry trade shows and client site visits.
What You Bring Proven Experience: A strong background in B2B sales and/or business development.
Communication Skills: Excellent ability to articulate product value and craft compelling messaging.
Hustle: Comfortable with cold calling, outbound prospecting, and researching potential prospects through a variety of channels.
Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday, or similar).
Team Player: Ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Compensation & Growth Roadmap We offer a competitive base salary of $50,000 per year , plus an aggressive, uncapped commission structure.

Job Summary
We are seeking a confident and engaging Live Stream Host to sell beauty products on Whatnot. This
role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on camera, demonstrating products, telling brand stories,
and connecting with a live audience through high-energy, sales-driven streams. Prior livestreaming or
on-camera experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
• Host live shopping streams on Whatnot 5x per week (3+ hours per stream)
• Present, demonstrate, and recommend beauty products on camera
• Educate viewers on product benefits, usage, ingredients, and brand stories
• Engage viewers, answer questions, and encourage purchases in real time
• Learn product details, pricing, and promotions before each stream
• Maintain a positive, professional, and energetic on-camera presence
• Collaborate with the team to improve stream performance and sales
Requirements
• Comfortable speaking live on camera for extended periods
• Strong communication, storytelling, and audience engagement skills
• Prior livestreaming, hosting, or on-camera experience preferred
• Interest in or knowledge of beauty products (skincare, makeup, haircare, etc.) is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to work a consistent 5-day-per-week streaming schedule
• Familiarity with livestreaming platforms and basic tech setup
