Primary Job Function

Dawson has partnered with a Columbus-based corporation to assist in finding a Social Media Design - Content Creator. The role is part of the Strategic Services Team within their creative agency. It is made up of highly skilled and collaborative cross-functional partners that work together to solve complex problems in innovative ways and create experiences that delight.


The Social Media Design - Content Creator will be responsible for planning and producing high-quality content across various social media platforms to drive business objectives and engage our brand’s target audiences. What you'll be doing:

We're looking for a Part-Time Office Manager & Team Operations Coordinator to help keep our office running smoothly and support the day-to-day experience of our team.

This is an in-office role based on Abbot Kinney in Venice, working Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM for a total of 20 hours per week.

Pay: $28–$32/hour

What You'll Do

You'll help own the day-to-day operations of our office and make sure the space is clean, organized, stocked, and running smoothly.

Daily

  • Help ensure the office is clean, organized, and set up for the day
  • Unload the dishwasher, tidy the kitchen area, take out trash, receive deliveries, unpack boxes, and answer the door as needed

Twice per Week

  • Order and manage office supplies
  • Keep snacks and drinks stocked, including coffee and seltzers

Weekly / Bi-Weekly

  • Clean out the fridge on Fridays
  • Coordinate with office cleaners
  • Keep bathrooms stocked

Recurring / Monthly

  • Coordinate happy hours, team lunches, and other office events
  • Help plan for and host creator visits
  • Prepare for new hires, including ordering equipment and coordinating logistics
  • Assist with media shoots by ordering props, coordinating rentals, and arranging meals/snacks
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed
