Role Summary:

Serves as the primary point of contact for Sleep appointment scheduling for new and existing patients. Coordinators may schedule for practices, hospital, and ancillary services across the health system. Coordinators may relay patient concerns, medication refill requests, create and send messages to clinical staff, provider or office staff per protocol via Power Chart Ambulatory accurately and timely to the practice. Coordinators may also assist patients by giving basic information about the practice or by following up on a referral. Coordinators consistently deliver high quality customer service to the patients, community, businesses, and practices we serve. Coordinators must be able to listen to complex situations to prioritize the needs of the patient and research the request to the fullest to ensure accuracy and best patient care. Coordinators are to remain calm in stressful situations. Coordinators must be thorough when entering patient demographics, verifying insurance information, reviewing HIPAA information, previous appointment history, scheduling an appointment, or when sending a message in Power Chart Ambulatory. Coordinates with internal teams regarding insurance authorizations. Processes medical record requests and maintains accurate documentation.

Essential Accountabilities:

1. Must support practice and/or hospital by coordinating appointment scheduling and relaying messages by utilizing the department software.

Performance Criteria:

  • 1. Meets department requirements by demonstrating proficiency in using Cerner Scheduling, Excel, Power Chart, Power Chart Ambulatory, RevCycle and other systems as necessary to guarantee best patient care.
  • 2. Ensures accuracy by following established guidelines for scheduling appointments.
  • 3. Ensures appropriate, detailed and accurate information is entered in the patient chart when sending message through Power Chart Ambulatory.
  • 4. Collaborates with clinical team leaders to explore scheduling options to ensure the patient’s and physician’s needs are met and the correct time slots and staff are reserved.
  • 5. Manages cancels, reschedules and associated communication with patients, staff and providers.
  • 6. Works to fill open slots and same day slots in accordance with guidelines.
  • 7. Ensures compliance with regulatory agency standards.
  • 8. Coordinates and schedules multidisciplinary patient appointments for patients having consults, sleep studies, follow ups, daytime studies and/or home sleep testing.
  • 9. Uses ICD-10 and CPT codes to ensure medical necessity of procedure

Job Description

The D365 Senior Technical Analyst partners closely with D365 Platform Operations Leads to deliver a high-performing, customer-focused support service aligned with agreed service scope and SLAs. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, maintenance, and continuous optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) through effective troubleshooting, user support, system enhancements, and controlled releases.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Property Improvement Plans (PIP)

  • Submit draw requests based on project progress/completion.
  • Ensure lien releases are obtained for all completed work.
  • Serve as liaison between Brand, Hotel, GC, and Designer.
  • Manage punch list and drive final completion/closeout.

Capital Projects

  • Review capital submissions from hotels; validate pricing and vendors and submit to COO/CEO for approval.
  • Partner with GMs/Chief Engineers to maintain a 3–5-year capital plan for each hotel.
  • Ensure proper completion of capital projects and obtain lien releases.

Hotel Engineering Oversight

  • Ensure each hotel follows a monthly Preventive Maintenance (PM) plan.
  • Review quality of PM work with Chief Engineers.
  • Conduct property visits to inspect mechanical equipment PM and overall condition.
  • Provide a site visit checklist and post-visit narrative/report.

Licenses and Permits

  • Maintain oversight of all operating licenses and permits for hotels.

Project Planning, Execution, and Reporting

  • Support project planning activities including budgeting, estimating, scheduling, procurement, and contracting.
  • Research and apply brand requirements (standards, prototypes, specs) to ensure compliance.
  • Interpret construction documents and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, local ordinances, ADA requirements, and permitting processes.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly project reports as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (architects, designers, contractors, engineers, and brand partners).

Project Administration and Controls

  • Manage day-to-day project workflow including submittals, RFIs, PCOs, change orders (COs), and pay applications.
  • Support FF&E and OS&E quoting as needed.
  • Support pricing for construction scope based on means and methods.
  • Attend and represent the project team in project meetings, including on-site progress meetings.
  • Prepare project cost/accounting reports showing costs to date (schedule of values per CSI breakdown) on a weekly/bi-weekly/monthly basis.
  • Compile O&M manuals and project closeout documentation, including warranties.
  • Organize and manage project billings and invoices.

Other

  • Assist with new business development as needed.
  • Perform other duties and attend meetings as requested by management.

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction science or design is highly preferred.

• Minimum of 5-years hotel project management and/or construction related fields.

We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Occupational Health Nurse to join the Human Resources Department. The Occupational Health Nurse promotes and protects the health, wellness, and safety of employees by preventing work related injuries and illnesses and supporting overall wellness in the workplace. The Occupational Health Nurse focuses on employee health, workplace injury prevention, exposure management, and return to work coordination to ensure a safe environment while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Occupational Health Nurse collaborates with employees and leaders to foster a safe, healthy, and productive work environment. Competencies:

  • Serve as a resource for employees regarding occupational health concerns and wellness initiatives.
  • Provide employee health services to employees, including assessment and management of work-related injuries and illnesses.
  • Conducts pre-employment physical exam and drug screen with new employee prior to start date and reviews with physician.
  • Monitors and follows up with employees who are out on extended leave.

  • Works in conjunction with Leaders, Human Resources, and Occupational Health Clinic to establish modified work assignments for injured employees when appropriate.
  • Keeps up to date with legislative changes and new requirements regarding Employee Heath Regulations with Substance Abuse program.
  • Administers Mantoux test to all volunteers, outside contractors and day care center staff.
  • Orders medical supplies/vaccines.
  • Tracks employees who are out on Worker's Compensation.
  • For work related injuries, communicate with Occupational Health Clinic and employee's personal physicians if/when required.
  • Represents Employees Health at the following monthly meetings: Infection Control, Safety, Quality Review, Human Resources, and Insurance Provider NIM.
  • Presents Employee Health information at general orientation.
  • Completes the following monthly reports: Employee Health, Infection Control, Safety, and Payment for Drug Screens and Lab Work as well as chest x-rays.
  • Supports and is an active member of a Service Excellence Team, fulfilling the required obligations of that team.
  • Completes monthly and quarterly, Quarterly Review Report.
  • Reviews Employee Health Policies and Procedures and makes recommendations when changes are required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience required with previous training in employee health, long-term care, infection prevention, strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of OSHA, CDC, TJC and state health regulations applicable to long-term care required.
  • Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN in New Jersey.


Schedule: 8:30am-4:30pm Monday - Friday. Must be available to work beyond normal working hours, work on weekends and holidays, and in other positions temporarily, when necessary.

  • EMT - Emergency Medical Tech in the District of Columbia within 30 Days required
  • EMT - Emergency Medical Tech in Maryland required
  • MedSTAR Transport or Mid Atlantic Air Transportation Services affiliation as an EMT prior to release from orientation required
  • CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (includes BLS and NRP) for healthcare providers from either the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross within 90 Days required
  • Additional unit/specialty certifications may vary by department or business unit.
  • FEMA ICS 100 Course prior to release from orientation required
  • FEMA ICS 200 Course FEMA IS-200.c Basic Incident Command systems for Initial Response prior to release from orientation required
  • DL - Valid State Driver's License in good standing required

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently operates the ground ambulance obeying all driving laws.
  • Conducts an inspection of the assigned ambulance at the beginning of each shift to ensure the ambulance is ready and safe for use.
  • As part of the programs safety management system, provides feedback and participates in program safety initiatives.
  • Contributes to the achievement of established department goals and objectives and adheres to department policies, procedures, quality standards and safety standards. Complies with governmental and accreditation regulations.
  • Ensures cleanliness and appropriate par levels of supplies in transport vehicle(s).
  • Establishes and maintains professional radio communications with MedSTAR and other agencies, adhering to appropriate FCC protocols.
  • Initiates department standing orders in appropriate patients. Performs basic airway techniques including oxygen therapy. May perform bag-mask ventilation according to established departmental protocols in emergency situations.
