AcceleratedPM is seeking a Scheduler/Planner to support delivery of a large multi-building data center campus in Hobart, Indiana. This role will support schedule development, maintenance, and schedule management in Primavera P6 for major sitework, six staggered core-and-shell data center buildings, and associated campus support facilities. The assignment requires a scheduler who understands real construction sequencing, can work directly with field teams and trade partners, and can turn incomplete or overly high-level planning inputs into a disciplined, logic-driven, executable schedule.

This is not a passive reporting role. The successful candidate will help drive schedule clarity, trade coordination, progress measurement, look-ahead planning, and schedule-based decision support across a fast-moving project environment with multiple subcontractors, procurement interfaces, and phased building releases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and status detailed Primavera P6 schedules for sitework, core-and-shell building construction, and associated campus support buildings.
• Build logic-driven schedules that reflect actual construction sequencing, procurement lead times, access constraints, turnover strategy, utility interfaces, and subcontractor handoffs.
• Support schedule development for a campus consisting of multiple data center buildings delivered on a staggered basis, with overlapping site, structural, envelope, interior, and MEP activities.
• Lead routine schedule coordination with project management, superintendents, field engineers, and subcontractors to confirm progress, validate remaining work, and secure commitments for upcoming activities.
• Produce and maintain actionable look-ahead schedules, including near-term coordination windows and longer-range forecasts.
• Identify and communicate critical path and near-critical path issues, sequencing conflicts, procurement risks, and recovery opportunities.
• Support baseline development, revisions, and change management by documenting logic changes, scope changes, and evolving constraints.
• Help implement disciplined progress measurement methods, including quantity-based, milestone-based, and installation-based statusing as appropriate to the work.
• Support cost-loaded schedule development and maintenance where required, including alignment between schedule activities, payment structure, and progress reporting.
• Prepare weekly schedule narratives, dashboards, and update materials for project reviews and client-facing reporting.
• Maintain schedule integrity and governance, including calendars, coding, constraints discipline, logic quality, progress rules, and general schedule health.
• Coordinate closely with project controls, cost management, and field leadership to ensure schedule outputs are decision-useful and operationally credible.
• Perform field verification when needed to validate physical progress, turnover readiness, and reported percent complete.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 10+ years of planning and scheduling experience in commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or large-scale construction environments.
• Strong hands-on Primavera P6 capability, including schedule development, updates, logic ties, calendars, coding, layouts, baseline control, and schedule QA/QC.
• Solid understanding of construction means and methods across civil, structural, building enclosure, interior buildout, and MEP coordination.
• Proven ability to work directly with field teams and subcontractors and challenge unrealistic durations, poor sequencing, or unsupported assumptions.
• Experience producing clear schedule narratives, variance explanations, and recovery options for project leadership.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to operate credibly in both trailer and executive settings.
• Ability to work in an active construction environment and travel to the project site as required.

Preferred but Not Required Skills:

• Experience with Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) and/or Primavera P6 in active construction environments.
• Familiarity with data center or mission-critical construction scheduling.
• Experience supporting pull planning, collaborative phase planning, and trade-facing short-interval planning.
• Ability to translate field planning outcomes into logic-driven master schedules, look-aheads, and update narratives.

Typical range: $170,000 – $190,000 annually, plus benefits.

If you have exeprience with horizontal directional drilling or locating for the drill, and want to be based close to home, this role is for you. This position is full‑time, year‑round, with a few weeks travel required for training.

Pay Transparency

The pay for this position ranges from *$22.62 to $41.42 per hour. *The listed pay range reflects the minimum and maximum base salary. Actual offers will be based on factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, location, and role-specific competencies. This role includes a $5,000 sign‑on bonus (payout terms apply) and may qualify for relocation assistance.

Outside Plant Construction Technicians can also earn up to $75 per week in incentives when your team meets production targets.

From installing buried and aerial fiber facilities to mastering construction equipment like trenchers, backhoes, end loaders, and plows, you'll make a real impact every day. You'll also install, test, troubleshoot, and repair fiber facilities to keep our customers connected. What You'll Do:

• Operate horizontal directional drill or locate for the drill.
• Restore job sites and keep accurate project labels and markings.
• Support fiber splicing and repair activities.
• Climb poles, ladders, and structures; operate bucket trucks as needed.
• Install, maintain, test, and repair buried and aerial fiber lines.
• Operate construction equipment such as trenchers, plows, excavators, and locators.
• Set pedestals, vaults, handholes, and other outside plant infrastructure.

Training:

• CDL training for qualified associates.

The duration of training varies based on the team assignment. Training for underground teams is 3 weeks, with an additional 1 week required for aerial training.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct general construction tasks in various weather conditions, adhering to safety standards.

• Operates hand tools, cable locators, and testing equipment as needed.
• Installs and sets enclosures, including buried and aerial vaults, pedestals, and handholes.
• Climbs poles, ladders, towers, and other structures as required, utilizing a bucket truck when necessary.
• Labels and marks fiber optic and copper facilities accurately.
• Utilizes dispatching applications and relevant tools for project coordination.
• Supports fiber splicing, repairs, and outside plant maintenance activities.
• Restores landscapes to original condition upon project completion.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in any combination of the following areas: customer service, electrical or utility construction, -OR-technical certification (or higher) -OR- current military service, or prior military service with honorable discharge.
• Must follow the TDS attendance guidelines in order to meet TDS’s business needs including but not limited to our obligations to our customers and to our customers’ needs.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and remain eligible for DOT requirements.

Other Qualifications

• Must have the ability to obtain a Class A CDL. A current CDL is preferred at hire, but TDS will train and certify eligible associates through its in-house CDL certification program after hire.
• Physical requirements may vary based on company needs: Ability to climb poles, ladders, towers, and other structures as needed. Ability to kneel, dig, lift, and pull.
• Upon hire, must successfully pass all components of the Safety Training course curriculum.
• Upon hire, must successfully complete customer-specific requirements, which may include a background check administered by the customer.
• Horizontal directional drilling experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of telecommunication products and services.
• Proven organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• May require occasional travel.
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed. May be required to work various/swing shifts as business needs dictate.
• Must be able to operate vehicles with manual transmissions.

Description

Construction Manager (CM) – DEC Delivery
The Construction Manager (CM) is the on-site delivery lead responsible for end-to-end execution of data center construction scope. The CM serves as the single point of contact for cross-functional partners and provides oversight and accountability across safety, quality, schedule, and financial management, leveraging Meta/DEC governance and risk processes to deliver predictable outcomes.
Key responsibilities

Lead day-to-day construction execution with the General Contractor (GC) and trade partners; drive site logistics, access/egress planning, and coordination meetings.
Own and enforce site safety plans and execution culture, and partner closely with stakeholders to maintain Meta safety standards.
Drive predictability across quality, schedule, and cost, including project tracking, issue/risk management, and regular reporting to internal stakeholders.
Coordinate and align with local cross-functional partners and authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ) as needed.
