Position Summary:
The Project Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the entire construction process from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive construction knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple crews simultaneously while ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality. Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
- Attend a Pre-Construction meeting with the Sr. Project Manager before project commencement to review:
- Plans, rough openings, shear walls, floor and truss layouts, and details
- Labor purchase orders
- Material delivery schedules and equipment
- Attend a Pre-Construction meeting with the Sr. PM and the subcontractor foreman to assign scopes of work, release purchase orders, and obtain contract signatures
- Create bills for subcontractor draws, paid for work completed
- Verify wall layouts for subcontractors to ensure precision and accuracy
- Mark punch-out lists for subcontractors and ensure all discrepancies are corrected before final inspections
- Conduct weekly Toolbox Talks & Project Pulse meetings
- Conduct Quality Control Walks as project progresses, ensuring all subcontractors meet quality standards
Site Oversight & Supervision
- Ensure proper equipment and tools are available and onsite for project completion
- Monitor construction progress and enforce adherence to schedules, identifying, and addressing potential delays proactively
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, enforcing cleanliness among subcontractors
- Implement and uphold Supreme Builders’ safety policies, ensuring all workers wear the necessary protective gear
Quality Control & Compliance
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure all work meets building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
- Maintain a strong attention to detail, verifying critical elements
- Attend all job site trade meetings for the duration of the project
Communication & Documentation
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders, including project superintendents, field supervisors, and subcontractors
- Keep detailed records of site activities, including:
- Daily Logs
- Delivery Schedules
- Photos and documentation of potential issues or disputes
- Report project updates, challenges, and necessary adjustments to management
Resource & Time Management
- Verify material deliveries match order specifications
- Oversee material management, ensuring deliveries are received on schedule and stored securely
- Track additional work required by the General Contractor, ensuring proper timekeeping and documentation of changes
- Submitting change order scopes of work to Sr. PM for approval
- Assist in cost-saving measures by ensuring proper use of materials and fuel, tracking rental equipment return dates, and limiting the amount of rework
Collaboration & Leadership
- Foster a team-oriented environment where all members, including subcontractors, collaborate effectively
- Ensure accountability by holding team members responsible for assigned tasks

Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in construction supervision or site management

Lead Superintendent

$19.00/hr starting pay, increases to $20.00/hr after successful completion of probationary period.

Cutter Aviation is currently searching for energetic and knowledgeable customer service professionals. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will function as the primary face of Cutter Aviation and must be an exceptional relationship builder with the drive to provide world-class customer service. The CSR is effectively the Company's store-front at the facility. He/she is the internal representative of our company, to our aircraft owners, operators, business partners, and to the business aviation community.
Key Duties
- Catering to customers; confer with customers by telephone or in person in order to provide information about products and services.
- Reservation process; keep records of customer interactions and transactions. Record details of inquiries.
- Determine charges for services requested, collect payments, or arrange for billing.
- Acknowledge customer dissatisfaction and resolve complaints.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments.
- Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records, and issue service discontinuance orders, using computers.
- Check and verify correct orders i.e. fuel and catering, are placed & dispatched to Line Service Technicians. Solicit sale of new or additional services or products.
- Ensure proper FAA and TSA rules and regulations are followed. Perform airfield management activities, which may include escorting passengers and or crew member's airfield via different traveling modes i.e. walking or driving of company vehicle.
- Driving of passengers and or crew members on and off airfield to designation i.e. hotel, main airport, aircraft etc.
- Monitor the arrival, parking, refueling, loading, and departure of all aircraft.
- Maintain air-to-ground and point-to-point radio contact with aircraft. Direct activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation vehicles such as aircraft.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements and Skills
- 1-3 years of Customer Service Experience.
- Must have computer skills. Ability to use radio communication, phonetic alphabet and military time.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent Organizational and Customer Service skills with a sincere desire to assist customers.
- Have professional appearance and mannerisms.
- Must be able to multitask.
