  • Ensure that the resident rights to fair and equitable treatment, self-determination, individuality, privacy, property, and civil rights, including the right to raise complaints, are well established and maintained at all times
  • Review resident complaints and grievances, discuss actions with resident and family as appropriate, and make written reports of action taken
  • Ensure that resident funds are maintained and appropriate accounting records are employed by the facility in accordance with current, applicable regulations and laws

Position Overview
Our client, one of the largest providers of retirement solutions and life insurance products in the U.S., is looking for a Product Designer to join their new business platform team to help define the experience advisors have when creating a new policy.

This role is fully remote, 40 hours/week through the end of the year. Qualifications

  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Glassbox, or other analytics platforms is a plus.

Focusing on influences from the nearby Coachella Valley, the Barn Kitchen brings small local farms and the unique aspects of the desert to classic American favorites. We aim to create simple, uncomplicated cuisine by showcasing fresh California ingredients. By creating a communal dining atmosphere, we invite all of our guests to make meaningful connections and savor each experience.

Sparrows Lodge is a completely restored 1950s retreat. You will be welcomed roadside with a simple hand-painted sign with two Sparrows. The Lodge has a modern rustic vibe that carries through to our rooms, communal barn, outdoor fire pit and vegetable garden, accented by a collection of fine art including works by Ruscha, Kelly, Katz & Baldessari. The 20 rooms feature exposed beam ceilings, concrete floors with inlaid pebbles, bespoke furnishings, plush pillow-top mattresses with luxurious Italian linens, Grown Alchemist bath amenities and unique artwork. Our bathrooms feature rain showers, and many include horse troughs as bathtubs. Most rooms have private patios. All rooms have AC/Heat and ceiling fans. With no televisions or phones in the rooms, there is an environment of ease and simplicity.
