Location: The role can be fully remote within the United States. For team members located near one of our hub offices in Chicago, South Bend, or Boston, we work onsite three days a week (Tuesday-Thursday) and work from home the remaining days.

About the Role

Lease Operator (1099) - Dry Van Division

Company Truck Driver - Dry Van Division



  • Higher earnings with steady weekly miles. Company dry van drivers earn up to $80,000 - $85,000, earning a competitive base 50-60 CPM.
  • Two-week rhythm that keeps life balanced. Get home every 2 weeks while maintaining dependable earnings and consistent miles.
  • Miles built for strong paychecks. Run 2,500-3,000 miles per week across the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast-no NYC and mostly drop & hook to keep your week moving smoothly.
  • Comfortable trucks, dependable support. All company trucks include TriPac APU/EPU, inverters, refrigerators, and driver-friendly specs to make every run easier.

Position Overview

The Real Estate Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for converting inbound and outbound seller leads into qualified appointments for the acquisitions team.

This role operates in a performance-driven environment where activity, response time, and appointment quality are tracked daily. SDRs run structured discovery conversations, execute disciplined follow-up, and ensure qualified sellers are scheduled efficiently for acquisitions.

High performers in this role combine a strong phone presence with consistent execution, resilience under rejection, and disciplined CRM documentation.


Duties Include

  • Respond rapidly to new inbound seller leads and initiate contact within company response-time standards
  • Execute structured outbound follow-up campaigns across phone, text, and email
  • Conduct qualification conversations to determine seller motivation, property condition, and timeline
  • Schedule qualified appointments that meet acquisitions underwriting standards
  • Maintain consistent outbound activity levels including high daily call volume
  • Document all conversations and follow-up actions accurately in the CRM
  • Participate in daily huddles, coaching sessions, and call review meetings to improve performance


Ideal Candidate Experience And Skill-sets

  • Experience handling high-volume outbound calling or inside sales activity, typically in telecom, call centers, real estate, or inside sales environments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage 60–100 outbound calls per day while maintaining structured conversations
  • Strong objection-handling skills and confidence speaking with prospects over the phone
