Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Beverage Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of our production facility. In this critical role, you will lead a team of production and maintenance staff to ensure efficient manufacturing of high-quality cannabis‑infused beverages, including soft drinks, juices, RTD teas, or similar products.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep knowledge of food and beverage production processes, quality standards, and safety regulations. You will drive operational excellence, optimize production efficiency, and contribute to scaling our production capacity while maintaining product integrity and cost control. Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

- Significant experience working with and managing contract manufacturers, including new product introduction (NPI), production ramp, and sustaining operations.

Scope:
The Sr Manager, Quality Systems leads the automation process of our quality systems including the transformation of the quality system to digital and moving to a paperless quality system fully compliant with part 11 of Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations. - Evaluate and select suppliers within copper cables/harness industry. Guide Engineering in choosing suppliers for new products and providing DFM input to new designs. Supports both NPI and on-going production, monitors and works with suppliers to improve supplier performance. Essential Job Duties:
- Work with NPD to procure custom cables ensuring DFM to achieve quality and cost targets

The Heart & Vascular Clinic Operations Director provides strategic and operational leadership for ambulatory services across the Cardiology (general & invasive), Electrophysiology (EP), Vascular, and Interventional Radiology (IR) clinics. This role ensures clinical operations deliver patient centered care that focuses on access, growth, quality outcomes and patient experience. Manage, develop, and help successfully launch new semi-metallic, non-asbestos organic friction materials for Carlisle’s extensive customer base. Manages a group of formulators of dry and metallic friction products while still being a formulator.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Directly and indirectly develop friction materials in transmission and brakes for off highway (mining, construction, agriculture), aircraft, power sports, recreation, heavy truck, and industrial applications. This will include supervising and some pilot/fabricating of test materials manufactured in plant environments.
· Participate in and sometimes lead project/program management of a typical APQP/stage gate/phased launch process for creating new materials (NPD, NPI).
· Responsible for managing multiple testing plans/DVP&R’s across a broad range of applications, formulas, processes, customers, and plants.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
· Minimum of a Bachelors Degree, in Chemistry, Materials Science, Metallurgy, Physics, Composite Materials & Structures, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. Masters or Advanced Technical Degree in these fields preferred but not required.
Experience and/or Training:
· Ideally 10-15 years of experience (more preferred) in compounding/formulating, product development, testing, and launch of materials.
