The Facility Painter will be tasked with various sized painting projects throughout the facility, including the pre-painting preparatory work.

The Acute Dialysis Unit provides inpatient dialysis services at 2 locations: MUSC Main Hospital has a 10-bed unit located on the fifth floor of the Main Hospital Building. Ashley River Tower and Shawn Jenkins Children’s Hospital is supported with a 4-bed unit located on the 6th floor of ART. Service is provided 24/7. The two Dialysis Units are fully staff Monday through Saturday 06:30-19:00. After hours/Sundays are covered by limited in-house and on call coverage. Due to clinical needs, we may run patients in their inpatient room as a bedside procedure. Patients commonly treated by the dialysis unit include acute and chronic renal failure patients admitted as inpatient under various medical services for various acute conditions. We also support Renal Transplant patients working through their transplant process. These patient populations do include both Adults and Pediatrics. Position Objective: Responsible for engineering documentation including blueprint reading and GD&T tolerances. Develop, optimize and maintain machine processes in a fast-paced production shop. Responsibilities include CAD design, CNC programming, creation of tool list, setup and part finishing documents. CNC equipment includes but is not limited to CNC turning centers with live tooling, CNC mills/lathes, lasers, CNC turret punches, and other computer operated equipment.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Work from customer's drawings and solid models to create, optimize and maintain CNC programs primarily for processing turned parts
- Must have a working knowledge of GD&T, fundamentals of geometry and trigonometry. Ability to transition between SI and metric units. Proper use of various measuring tools including Vernier calipers, micrometers, tread gages, etc.
- Create manufacturing processes and programming in a timely manner to support production schedules and customer delivery dates.
- Working knowledge of G code, M code, tool selection, steel grade metallurgy, tool geometry and coatings
- Assist on tooling design and development strategy within the programming team.
- Initiate and participate in projects to implement cost reduction strategies related to CNC programming optimization, tool life management, and/or quality improvement.
- Initiate Engineering Change Requests as required to ensure issues with CNC programs and related documentation are properly addressed and documented.
- Assist in the quoting process by providing setup and run time estimates for turned parts as well as material requirements, process steps and tooling requirements.
- Ensure changeover documentation for all CNC processes are current, accurate and standardized throughout the company.
- Ensure production and shipping schedules are met.
- Perform all other tasks or responsibilities as delegated by the Plant Manager/Site Leader.
Experience/Skills:
- Previous experience working with CNC equipment in a manufacturing environment

Requirements

Primary Responsibilities: Able to triage patient needs over the phone until a nurse can provide an in-person visit Responds appropriately and with urgency to crisis calls from patients and families afterhours Makes the initial nursing evaluation in determining eligibility for hospice services, as part of a patient visit, within forty-eight (48) hours of referral if assigned Competent to perform afterhours visits including admission visits, death visits, recertification visits, and routine visits Identifies the patient/family's physical, psychosocial, emotional, and environmental needs and reassess them as needed, no less than every fifteen (15) days Documents problems, appropriate goals, interventions, and patient/family response to hospice care You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required Qualifications: Current unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice experience Current CPR Certification Current driver's license, valid vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation Preferred Qualifications: 1 years of RN experience lhcjobs Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.

The salary for this role will range from $60,200 to $135,000 annually based on full-time employment.
