About the Role:
We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead 3rd-shift operations in a high-speed food manufacturing facility. This role oversees a team of 50–100 associates, ensuring efficient production, safety compliance, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate production associates to achieve performance and quality targets.
- Enforce health, safety, and food safety regulations (OSHA, GMP, SQF, HACCP, FDA).
- Monitor and optimize production efficiency, OEE, and yield performance.
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Maintenance, HR) to resolve operational issues.
- Conduct performance reviews, manage employee relations, and ensure policy compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, employee attendance, and safety incidents.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision (food industry preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
- Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, process improvement, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work 3rd shift and stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Skills:
- ERP system experience (a plus).
- Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred).
- HACCP or First Aid certification (a plus).

- Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff and manage daily operations during assigned shifts in the Slots department.
- Support, administer, and manage operational goals, monitoring performance and profit objectives.
- Coordinate scheduling with the manager, addressing any concerns to ensure guest satisfaction.

- Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of one year experience in Slot Operations, or two years of customer service management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word) and knowledge of Slot operating systems.
- Ability to interact diplomatically and tactfully with guests, staff, and colleagues to resolve problems and conflicts.
- Capability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Effective presentation skills and ability to respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Knowledge of Slot Operations.
- Flexibility to work all shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends, as business needs dictate.

GENERAL SUMMARY:
Provides patient care, through all phases of the Endoscopy experience; admission through
discharge according to established guidelines. Provides patient care activities to patients of
diverse ages.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Prepares and evaluates patients prior to the procedure in an efficient and caring manner to
provide for a smooth patient flow. May include doing pre-procedure phone calls to patients
and/or physician offices to obtain information.

• Proficient in IV skills.
• Review charts to ensure completeness in documentation.

• Basic Life Support certified within six (6) weeks of hire. Acceptable credentialing bodies
and certifications include American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare
Providers
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certified or obtained within six (6) months of hire.
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft office products. Helpful if familiar with
