  • Review and edit promotional, non-promotional, and internal materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

  • Ensure materials adhere to editorial standards, regulatory guidelines, and style conventions, including the AMA Style Guide when applicable.

Review & Approval Workflow Management


  • Coordinate the review and approval process for marketing and promotional materials.
  • Maintain knowledge of approval routing processes and SOP requirements and ensure materials are routed appropriately.
  • Facilitate PRC (Promotional Review Committee) meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting discussions, and capturing meeting outcomes.
  • Support final approvals, re-approvals, and other review types as required.

Collaboration & Communication


  • Work closely with marketing teams, agencies, regulatory teams, and other stakeholders throughout the approval process.
  • Communicate required edits, feedback, and changes clearly and efficiently.

System & Workflow Management


  • Manage workflows within Veeva Promomats or similar electronic review systems.

  • Serve as a point of contact for system maintenance and optimization in collaboration with vendors and IT teams.
  • Assist with system validation activities related to workflow tools.

Regulatory & Compliance Support


  • Support FDA Ad Promo submission processes, including preparation of Form 2253 and related documentation.
  • Coordinate submission materials and collaborate with regulatory operations teams.

Reporting & Process Improvement

About the Role

Responsibilities

Site Merchandising & Content Execution

  • Build and maintain product listings, ensuring accuracy in images, descriptions, attributes, and pricing.

Quality Assurance & Site Health

  • Validate product availability, pricing accuracy, and promotional display across both desktop and mobile experiences.
  • Identify and correct issues that impact search, filtering, or conversion performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Category Manager to onboard new products and categories efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the B2B Commercial team to align on promotions and bulk-buy offers.
  • Provide feedback to developers and IT on site enhancements, functionality issues, and optimization opportunities.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Track key merchandising metrics such as product availability, click-through, and conversion.
  • Share insights on product performance and customer browsing behavior to inform category and promo strategy.
  • Support testing and optimization initiatives to improve UX and onsite engagement.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in ecommerce merchandising, site operations, or digital content management. Hands-on experience with Magento (or similar eCommerce CMS) required. Familiarity with PIM systems, basic HTML, and digital asset management workflows.

Primary Responsibilities:


· Deliver customer / item (SKU) level forecasts (including packaging and raw material needs) using a combination of statistical forecasting methods and advanced business intelligence processes, supported with fact-based data-driven insights, analysis and modeling.
