Position Overview
This proactive and enthusiastic individual is responsible for developing truly integrated, cross-channel strategic communications strategies. By focusing on why people think, feel and act the way that they do, the Manager, Strategy helps create media strategies and award-winning ideas that influence perceptions and encourage engagement.
This position will work on Mobil 1, which operates in a category defined by performance, engineering credibility, and car culture, including a presence in global motorsport. We are looking for a strategist who is energized by competitive environments and motivated to build integrated communications strategies grounded in real human behavior. Strategy plays a critical role in translating audience insight, category dynamics, and business objectives into clear, cross-channel direction that drives impact and strengthens the brand's connection with drivers, enthusiasts, and partners.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a deep understanding of the business, target audiences and wider communications environment
- Identify and build target audiences, test their viability, and determine scalability using syndicated and proprietary tools (i.e. MRI-Simmons, Helixa, primary research)

Summary/Objective
This position requires a highly motivated individual with extensive experience working in a Tool Room environment. The role demands strong knowledge of manual machining techniques (turning, grinding, milling) as well as CNC machines with MDI and Fanuc controls, including the ability to write programs when required. Candidates must demonstrate a solid background in fixture and gage building, at least 5 years of fixture design/repair experience, and the ability to contribute constructive input during fixture/tooling design reviews. Proficiency in reading blueprints and GD&T is essential.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Under limited supervision, fabricate, repair, and improve tools, jigs, fixtures, simple molds, gauges, and dies to the tolerances required for manufacturing processes.
- Work from engineering drawings, sketches, prototypes, and design documents to manufacture dies, fixtures, jigs, and tooling, applying knowledge of materials, machining methods, assembly processes, and mathematics.
- Maintain tooling, fixtures, materials, and CNC programs in an organized and systematic manner to ensure proper process execution.
- Machine precision components by measuring, marking, and scribing stock; setting up and operating lathes, mills, drills, grinders, EDM, and CNC equipment when required.
- Inspect and verify component accuracy using micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, gauge blocks, and other precision instruments.
- Assemble and fit dies by shaping, smoothing, and aligning components; secure assemblies with bolts, dowels, and fasteners; connect wiring or hydraulic lines as required.
- Reverse-engineer existing dies, fixtures, and tooling components to reproduce, modify, or improve designs where documentation is limited or unavailable.
- Provide feedback and suggestions on design improvements to enhance manufacturability, performance, and durability.
- Manage multiple tooling projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet production and quality requirements.
- Perform preventive maintenance on tools and machines; follow manufacturer guidelines; coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
- Maintain adequate supply levels by monitoring usage, forecasting needs, and coordinating material orders.
- Document tooling changes, repairs, and maintenance records to support workflow continuity.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and support lean manufacturing practices.

Variety of welding processes utilizing mig, tig, robotic, and gas applications. Welds commonly used metals and alloys of various shapes, sizes, thicknesses, etc. Selects welding electrodes for specific welds to ensure penetration and fusion of base and filler metals. Welds metal components together to fabricate or repair products according to blue prints, layouts, or work orders. Welds in vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions. Essential Functions:
Mark-up incorrect drawings and bills of material, submit to engineering and plan for change.
Communicate with engineers and designers on problems regarding production tools.
Fabricate components from blueprints and verbal instructions.
Perform assignments in accordance with written quality procedures.
Uses cutting torches, grinders, etc. and similar metal working equipment to complete welding projects.
Ensure compliance to safety rules and procedures.

Requirements:
- The welder is required to be on their feet for up to twelve hours using their hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear around machinery. They will also be required to frequently walk, stoop, kneel or crouch.
- The welder must be capable of lifting and moving up to 15 pounds; frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus on optical devices.
- Individuals will work near moving mechanical parts of machinery and electrically activated devices.

What you'll do
- You plan your day, set priorities, and work with your team to keep freight moving safely and on time. You communicate clearly, solve problems as they come up, and adapt to changes on the road or in the plan.

Minimum Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL DO- Follow and uphold established policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
