The Role

As a *Presentation Engineer*, you’ll join a dynamic team of technologists, designers, and strategists who bring business communication to life. Your mission is to bridge the gap between data, story, and designβ€”transforming complex ideas into compelling presentations that drive real-world impact.
You’ll be the go-to partner and sounding board for our clients, helping them sharpen their storytelling, amplify impact, and build presentation excellence across their organizations. You’ll help teams plan and execute presentation calendars, bring the best of Prezent.AI to life, and guide users in effectively leveraging ASTRID, our AI-powered communication engine.

What You’ll Do

* Partner with enterprise clients to understand their most critical communication challenges, presentation workflows, and opportunities for improvement.

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION

Perform routine and highly complex assignments involved in the installation, maintenance, modification, trouble shooting, repair and calibration of complex therapeutic and diagnostic devices and systems.

Resolve highly complex equipment failures that have immediate risks to patient safety, utilizing comprehensive knowledge of imaging techniques, technologies, radiological practices and procedures.

Collaborate with other facility support departments, including Engineering Services (ES), Information Technology and Information Security Officer (IT/ISO).

Utilize advanced radiological test equipment, including but not limited to radiation dosimeters, calibration phantoms, high voltage testing devices, KV and MA meters and monitor calibration devices in addition to common test equipment including electrical safety analyzers, oscilloscopes, patient simulators, pulse generators, network analyzers, and multimeters, among others.

Manage the lifecycle of other medical devices and systems such as life support, dialysis, and monitoring.

Complete assignments involved in the installation, maintenance, modification, troubleshooting, repair and calibration of these complex therapeutic, diagnostic and life support medical devices and systems, including inspections, regular and unscheduled maintenance, and planning for end-of-life replacement in conjunction with clinical services.

Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough documentation of all work activities in the Computerized Maintenance Management System.

Provide leadership in troubleshooting and decision-making for complex or high-priority equipment issues.

Ensure that equipment meets clinical needs and suggest improvements or new technologies to optimize patient care.

Support junior-level radiology equipment specialists, acting as a mentor and guide and ensuring effective collaboration within the team and with clinical staff.

Deep knowledge of radiology equipment, imaging techniques, and advanced diagnostic technologies.

Proficiency in using specialized test equipment (e.g., dosimeters, oscilloscopes, multimeters).

Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CMMS or similar systems for documentation and workflow management.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong attention to detail. Ability to effectively use hand and power tools.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

About the position:

We have Special Education Teacher positions open in both our Kiefer School and Academy for Autism.

Kiefer School provides special education for children who experience difficulty in their home school due to severe emotional, behavioral and/or learning challenges. The goal is to improve a child’s ability to function within the public school setting by providing intensive intervention in small classrooms and a range of treatment and support services to the student and their family. Kiefer is an AdvancEd accredited, ISBE-approved private school.

Our Academy for Autism serves students ages 5-22 with an educational or medical diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder. Through intervention with ISBE licensed educators and teacher assistants in each classroom and small class sizes, our students are able to find their pathway to success using innovative tools and techniques geared towards those with Autism.

A Special Education Teacher provides academic and behavioral instruction to students on a daily basis in a classroom of up to 10 students. They play a critical role in that they carry out the IEP requirements for each student in their daily programming. They are the main change agent for students’ academic and behavioral growth and serve as a role model. A Special Education Teacher must not only provide for the academic needs of students, but also for the social skill and behavioral needs as well.

Our schools operate on a traditional calendar from August through May. Both schools operate a 30 instructional day summer program.

The registered pharmacist is responsible for overseeing the preparation and dispensing of medication, medication order computer entry, monitoring of patient medication therapy and provision of medication information for patients, providers, nurses and other allied health professionals.Β  The pharmacist identifies, recommends, resolves, and prevents medication-related problems through interventions with providers.Β  Pharmacists supervise and direct pharmacy support personnel to ensure the timeliness of medication availability.



REQUIREMENTS:Β  Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree.Β  Registered Pharmacist in Maryland.

Responsibilities

The registered nurse (RN) is accountable for the coordination of nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education and transitions of care. The RN supports professional nursing practice across practice settings and across the continuum of care to meet the needs of the patient and family. The RN will function within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model, which includes accountability for planning, implementing, evaluating and communicating all phases of nursing care for assigned patients. The ANA Nursing: Scope and Standards of Practice provide a basis for the practice of the RN. The RN provides leadership through activities such as preceptor role, informal leadership roles, and quality improvement efforts. The RN delegates patient care according to skill level, experience, patient acuity, fiscal accountability, and adequacy of resources. The RN possesses excellent communication skills; is skillful in mentoring and teaching; and may participate on committees or projects. A subset of employees may be required to drive their personal vehicle as a part of the responsibility of their role.Β

This role is eligible for TN sponsorship. Successful sponsorship will require state licensure and completion of the VisaScreen or equivalent certification.



Qualifications

Student or Graduate of a nursing program.

Β 

All entry-level associate degree registered nurses with a RN start date of April 1, 2020 and after must provide documented evidence of program completion of a baccalaureate degree in nursing program within five years from the last day of the month of the RN start date.

All entry-level associate degree registered nurses with a RN start date prior to April 1, 2020 must provide documented evidence of program completion of a baccalaureate degree in nursing program as stipulated by the degree requirement program in place at time of hire.

Additional Qualifications:

One year of RN experience in an applicable care setting or one year of LPN experience at Mayo Clinic is preferred.

Β 

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Experience working in a team environment. Computer skills required, prior experience with electronic medical record systems preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, which may include days, evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends and on-call. Ability to adapt to unpredictable situations within the work setting. Demonstrated leadership, effective communicator, and excellent critical thinking skills.

License or Certification:

Current RN license by applicable state requirements. Maintains current Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers from one of the following programs: American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Positions that are not on campus may not require current Basic Life Support (BLS) competency as determined by the work area. Additional state licensure(s) and/or specialty certification/training as required by the work area.
