This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy environment for our customer's buildings and grounds by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Medical and office cleaning, five days a week, Monday to Friday, four hours a day, 5-9:00 p.m. $15 per hour. Duties include but not limited to:
- Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures
- Cleaning duties include waiting areas, check-in, exam rooms: sweeping, mopping, trash removal, surface cleaning, polishing, trash, internal window cleaning and moving chairs, equipment on wheels
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Use proper PPE where required
- Clean all common space areas including kitchen/break room, lobby/hallway, exam room, offices, bathrooms
- Place safety hazard signs in the building including "wet floor" signs as necessary
- One year experience as a custodian, janitor, housekeeper a plus but not required
- Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Experience working for a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital or school is a plus.
- The ability to be flexible, work at a fast-paced and in a multi-tasked job is a must.
- Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time

This position is responsible for maintaining the floors by vacuuming the carpets, stairwells, some sweeping/mopping of VCT. He/she is a part of a team performing these duties using an upright and or backpack vacuum. Shift is Monday thru Friday, 5-9 p.m. $15.25hr. Other duties may be assigned as needed:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely loading and unloading of materials and products in a fast-paced distribution center environment. Responsibilities:- Safely load and unload materials and products from trucks and containers.
- Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment as needed for material handling.

Supervisor responsibilities include organizing employee shifts, training and motivating team members. This position plays a critical role in ensuring all staff stays on task and complete all assignments to ServiceMaster standards. 5. Supervisor Support:
- Ensure all cleaning staff wear the proper uniform when on-site.

Qualifications:
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred.
- Ability to read and follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
