Department Information
The School offers B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Biology, an M.S. degree in Bioinformatics, and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Applied Physiology. It also participates in the interdisciplinary B.S. degree programs in Neuroscience and Environmental Science, and interdisciplinary Ph.D. programs in Bioinformatics, Neuroscience and Neurotechnology, Quantitative Biosciences, Ocean Science and Engineering, and Computer Science and Engineering. Research interests of the faculty of the school span Computational Biology and Bioinformatics; Ecology, Evolution, and Behavior; Microbial Dynamics and Infection Biology; Genetics and Genomics; Integrative Physiology; and Molecular and Cell Biology. The School has a state budget of ~$13M per year and research expenditures amount to ~$19M per year. The School of Biological Sciences of the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) in Atlanta, Georgia invites applications for the position of Chair of the School and Professor, with an anticipated starting date of August 1, 2026. Candidates must hold an earned doctorate (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline, along with an outstanding record as a researcher, educator and mentor suitable for appointment with tenure, and a proven record of effective leadership and community building. About the Role:
Customer Success Managers are responsible for maximizing digital implementation, usage, retention, and expansion of Wiley's digital solutions. Working closely with their DLE or Account Manager, the Customer Success Managers bring their expertise to provide a range of services to customers including developing successful course implementation solutions, training, course fulfillment/setup, monitoring course usage, and trends, and driving digital conversions and account expansions. The Customer Success Manager is responsible for reconfirming existing business with faculty and guaranteeing increased platform retention.
The Customer Success Manager will be a key resource in delivering Wiley's commitment to exceptional customer advising, support, retention, and expansion of digital usage in their territory. They will work with existing and new customers to create and implement their digital solutions. They will work with their DLE or AM partner to expand their digital footprint.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for reconfirming and retaining current customers while expanding digital usage at installed base accounts.
Responsible for assisting faculty in implementing and integrating Wiley's digital solutions.
Consult with instructors on implementation and curriculum design. Execute individual and departmental training plans.
Collaborate with DLE/Account Manager to review the status of opportunities, existing business, and expansion opportunities.Partner with DLE/AM to identify priority customers and participate in effective retention strategies to reduce digital churn and ensure a superior experience for our installed customers.Carve out separate retention strategies for priority accounts/adoptions vs. all other adoptions.
Drive and support pilots across the territory with follow-up, surveys, assistance with the platform, and questions. Assist AM with converting the pilot to an adoption.
Collaborate with DLE/AM partner weekly or biweekly on adoption strategies to effect expansion and digital penetration.
Proactively follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience using Wiley products and promote new features and functionality specific to their user experience.
Conduct re-training with keycustomers to ensure all large adoption customers are "power users."
Provide deep integration support on various LMS / LTI implementations.
Provide regular account and adoption intelligence in SFDC after working with customers. Confirm/Update Inclusive Access (IA) readoption Opps in SFDC for enrollment, Won/Lost stage, instructors contact info on IA adoptions. Maintain Bookstore communication and relationships to obtain IA adoption details, IA processes, and work order details.
Analyze and drive digital usage data via activations reports for priority adoptions after back-to-school period ends.
Review Vendor reports at specific times during the season for IA courseware adoptions, confirm with bookstore or instructor if additional information is needed, review and update opp in SFDC, Set to IA in CAP. Follow up on non-responders of IA confirmations at the end of each season.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree
2-4 years of relevant work experience in a similar function
Previous customer service, sales support and tech product support exposure
Able to lead effective presentations to internal and external customers, in both large groups and one-on-one settings.
User experience knowledge with a CRM platform, preferably Salesforce
Strong written and verbal communication skills

High-Level Description
* To support the Company US Tax Department by complying with federal, state, and local tax laws, maintaining tax processes that maximize efficiency, and performing tax analysis necessary to reduce the present value of Company tax payments. Primary focus is on the tax compliance but will also include other U.S. Income Tax reporting responsibilities.
Specific Accountabilities
* Prepare federal corporate and partnership income tax returns.
* Prepare foreign information tax returns.
* Assist with Subpart F and GILTI calculation.
* Prepare separate and combined state income tax and franchise tax returns for multiple corporate entities and partnerships.
* Assist with preparation and review of state apportionment calculations.
* Participate in federal and state estimated income and franchise tax calculations.
* Work with tax depreciation system to calculate tax depreciation and other property related tax adjustments.
* Participates in recognizing and implementing new processes and technology to streamline current processes.
* Assists the Income Tax team in preparation and review of the consolidated income tax return ensuring proper workflow and due dates are met.

Lactalis USA, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Sr. Process Project Manager based in Casa Grande, Arizona. As a Senior Yogurt Process Project Manager, the role will carry out responsibilities such as but not limited to leading and executing strategic capital investment and process improvement projects that enhance the design, performance, and reliability of our yogurt manufacturing operations. The role includes overseeing projects from concept through full implementation, ensuring alignment with corporate standards, plant operational needs, and product quality expectations. Responsibilities include driving process design, managing cross-functional project teams, supporting production and quality operations, and ensuring successful commissioning of new or upgraded yogurt processing systems. Additionally, the Senior Yogurt Process Project Manager will collaborate with other Lactalis USA Corporate team members, the Lactalis Group Corporate Engineering & Equipment Department, R&D, Quality, Finance, and Plant Engineering and Operations teams to align duties with the company's goals and values.
- Define project objectives, deliverables, and performance criteria to support strategic business goals within yogurt manufacturing and processing.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate technical constraints, operational impacts, and cost-benefit considerations.
- Partner with Key Stakeholders at Corporate and Plant level - including Production, Quality, Planning, R&D, Finance, Safety, Maintenance, and Engineering - to obtain buy-ins and to ensure that project designs meet business, operational, and regulatory expectations.
- Develop complete project packages including process flow diagrams, P&IDs, equipment layouts, scopes of work, cost estimates, timelines, ROI, and risk assessments required for capital project justification and submittal.
- Identify, evaluate, and prequalify suppliers, engineering firms, and equipment vendors aligned with corporate standards and yogurt processing technology requirements.
- Lead vendor negotiations to secure competitive quotations for capital assets, installation services, and engineering support.
- Prepare comparative analyses and recommendations for purchasing decisions and capital investment approvals.
- Lead end-to-end project management for yogurt process initiatives, from conceptual design through commissioning, ramp up, project closure, and handover.
- Maintain and distribute comprehensive Project Schedules, identify critical paths, implement mitigation initiatives, and propose acceleration plans to ensure all projects are completed in accordance with the timelines in the Savings Plans and ROI calculations.
- Coordinate and facilitate project review meetings, develop and distribute meeting minutes, and escalate issues or risks to key stakeholders as required.
- Attend Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and commissioning activities to ensure equipment performance aligns with specifications and project objectives.
- Oversee installation, startup, and optimization of yogurt processing systems, resolving technical issues and ensuring seamless integration with existing operations.
- Ensure all projects comply with corporate engineering standards, environmental regulations, food safety requirements, and applicable industry codes.

The mission of the Secret Service Special Operations Division's Hazardous Agent Mitigation & Medical Emergency Response (HAMMER) Team is to provide hazardous agent mitigation, emergency medical intervention, and extrication support to our protective details. In close coordination with other United States Secret Service (Secret Service) tactical elements, protective details, and medical units, HAMMER can respond into a hazardous, toxic, or lethal environment to locate, extract, decontaminate, and provide life-saving medical interventions for Secret Service protectees. HAMMER personnel utilize cutting-edge monitoring technology to survey the immediate vicinity around the protectee for chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) threats.
Requirements:
* U.S. Citizenship.
* Possess a current valid driver's license. Must be REAL ID compliant.
* Use your official name on your application as it appears on your valid government identification (i.e., REAL ID Driver's License, State ID, Passport).
* Must be at least 21 years old at the time of application and under 40 at referral. Exceptions may apply for those with current or prior service in federal law enforcement positions covered by special retirement provisions. Works collaboratively with other members of the leadership team to lead staff in clinical and service excellence.
Responsibilities
- May participate in the development of departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets and having direct responsibility for adhering to those goals. This includes responding to changes in the business which may affect the ability to achieve the budget goals.

Determine staffing needs; make nursing assignments as well as assign overtime. Recommend effective annual increases. Interview staff for open positions; evaluate and conduct performance reviews as assigned; draft and issue corrective actions/coaching; follow up regarding any disciplinary action to determine compliance.

About the Team/Projects/Candidates:
- The candidate will be a critical part of the Usability Design of two major UI applications for Commercial Systems. One is constructed and is being enhanced, the other is being initially built.
- The goal is to design a seamless and consistent user experience between the two applications.
