Job Description:
We are looking for Associate Test Engineers for various positions in manufacturing who will be involved with the testing of new technologies such as optics/opto-mechanical, assembly, electrical/PCB, alignment, and system integration. In these positions you will work on assignments that are moderately complex in nature where judgment is required to resolve problems and make routine recommendations.
- Perform set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of mechanical assemblies at system level.
- Determine and may develop methods and procedures from blueprints, drawings and diagrams.
- Test and troubleshoot assemblies and/or final systems, and complete rework on assemblies and/or systems as a result of testing.
- Prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems. May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment.
- Work on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
- Perform ongoing daily work with minimal instruction, and with general instructions on newly introduced assignments.
- May provide work assignment direction and technical training to peers.
Qualifications (What we need to see):
- You have hands-on experience in electro-mechanical assembly, testing, troubleshooting and repair.
- Ability to work in a clean room environment is required.
- You have experience with systems development and testing, including formulating system level requirements, test specifications and test results.
- Hands on experience using Oscilloscopes and DVM analysis tools and equipment is preferred.
- You are able to use and manipulate a variety of fine adjustment hand tools, torque wrenches and calipers.
- You work effectively across different functional teams in different locations.
- You demonstrate excellent written and oral interpersonal skills in English.
- You demonstrate excellent organization skills, with a logical approach to problem solving, good time management and task prioritization.
- You are dedicated and able to work with a minimum of supervision.
- You hold a Technical Certificate, or AS degree, or military technical training experience, or equivalent vocational training in a technical discipline and a minimum of 5 years of related experience. A BSEE, BSEET or similar degree in an engineering discipline is strongly preferred.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
- Lead and govern design-related CAPA activities across the R&D organization, ensuring timely, compliant, and effective resolution of complex design, verification, validation, and product performance issues.
- Oversee and review root cause investigations using rigorous, data-driven problem-solving methodologies, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are appropriately scoped, risk-based, sustainable, and effectively linked to design controls, risk management, and product lifecycle processes.
- Ensure CAPA records and documentation are complete, accurate, and audit-ready, in compliance with FDA regulations, ISO 13485, and internal quality system requirements.
- Manage and develop the R&D CAPA team, including setting expectations, prioritizing
- workload, providing technical direction, and coaching CAPA specialists and engineers.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to R&D engineers and CAPA owners on CAPA processes, best practices, timeline development, SOP adherence, and effectiveness verification planning.
- Serve as the primary R&D CAPA interface with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, and other cross-functional partners to address systemic and cross-product issues.
- Review and approve CAPA plans, timelines, effectiveness verification strategies, and closure rationales to ensure regulatory robustness and high-quality outcomes.
- Support internal and external audits, inspections, and assessments by providing CAPA documentation (e.g., CAPA storyboards), investigation rationale, and subject matter expertise.
- Act as a CAPA subject matter expert within the R&D organization, driving continuous improvement in CAPA execution quality and consistency.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in R&D within a medical device organization with at least 5 years of CAPA processes and regulatory compliance requirements (FDA, ISO 13485).
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams.
- Proven experience in managing CAPA for design and development activities

401(k) Plan Administrator
The 401(k) Plan Administrator is an office-based leadership role responsible for the strategic oversight, governance, and administration of the Company’s 401(k) Plan, supporting approximately 20,000 employees nationwide. - Serving as the primary point of contact for plan vendors, recordkeepers, trustees, auditors, and external advisors
- Conducting regular data audits to analyze payroll and 401(k) plan data, including auditing payroll deductions for deferrals, loan repayments, eligibility status changes, and related transactions
- Approving hardship withdrawals and termination distributions in accordance with plan provisions
- Ensuring accurate eligibility tracking and vesting calculations for rehires and acquired employees
- Coordinating plan mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, integration, and compliance alignment
- Partnering with the Benefits Administrator and Payroll teams to ensure seamless plan operations and accurate data flow
- Collaborating with the recordkeeper to design and implement robust employee communication and education strategies
The Administrator serves as a key fiduciary partner, ensuring the plan operates in the best interest of participants while aligning with company objectives and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing 401(k) plans, including compliance, regulatory filings, and audit oversight (IRS/ERISA/DOL)
- Strong knowledge of retirement plan governance and fiduciary responsibilities
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet and data analysis tools; ability to analyze and audit large data sets
- Experience working with HRIS systems and/or external payroll providers
- Experience supporting plan mergers and acquisitions preferred
- Advanced degree preferred
- SHRM-SCP/SHRM-CP, SPHR/PHR, or other relevant industry certification preferred

Core Responsibilities:
1. Daily Operations Management:
* Oversee end-to-end operations at the West Coast warehouse, including inbound, storage, picking, packing, outbound, and returns processing, ensuring 100% on‑time and accurate completion of daily/weekly/monthly order targets.
* Strictly implement inventory management policies, lead and supervise daily cycle counts and annual full physical counts, maintain alignment between WMS records and physical stock, and keep variance rates within industry standards.
* Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to improve space utilization and operational efficiency, especially for high‑value items such as wedding dresses and gowns.
2. **Team Building & Leadership:**
* Recruit, train, manage, and motivate the warehouse team (including supervisors, operators, clerks, etc.), fostering a safe, efficient, and positive work environment.
* Set clear KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and be responsible for team scheduling and capacity planning.
3. **Customer Experience & Quality Control:**

4. **Cost & Supplier Management:**
* Develop and control the warehouse operations budget, continuously monitor and analyze operational costs (labor, consumables, equipment maintenance, etc.), and propose and implement cost‑saving and efficiency‑improvement initiatives.
* Manage local logistics service providers (e.g., last‑mile carriers, equipment maintenance vendors), conduct performance evaluations and contract negotiations to ensure service quality and cost‑effectiveness.
5. **Systems, Safety & Compliance:**
* Act as the primary person responsible for warehouse safety, strictly enforce local health and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA), organize regular safety training and drills, and ensure zero major safety incidents.
* Ensure warehouse operations comply with all applicable U.S. legal, tax, and customs (if applicable) requirements.
6. **Strategy & Collaboration:**

**Qualifications**
