Job Summary
The Manager, Wholesale Sales Analytics owns wholesale performance analytics and insight generation for 3Z Brands. This role is responsible for translating sales, margin, customer, and product data into actionable strategies that drive profitable growth across the wholesale channel.
This position serves as a strategic partner to Sales, Finance, Operations, and Executive leadershipβshaping performance measurement, identifying margin opportunities, and influencing pricing, customer, and product decisions. Responsibilities
- Ownership of Wholesale Performance Analytics
- Own the wholesale analytics function, including KPI definitions, reporting standards, and performance measurement
- Establish and maintain frameworks for tracking sales, margin, customer profitability, and product performance
- Ensure consistent, accurate interpretation of wholesale performance across the organization
- Analyze wholesale sales performance against budget, forecast, and prior year results
- Evaluate trends in revenue, unit volume, pricing, customer mix, and gross margin. Develop and monitor key wholesale KPIs
- Proactively surface risks and opportunities and recommend actions to improve performance
- Build and maintain customer profitability models incorporating pricing, discounts, rebates, freight, and manufacturing costs

- Experience working with Snowflake or comparable cloud data platforms
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools

About the Role
We are a multibillion-dollar global organization seeking an accomplished Director of Corporate Finance to serve as a strategic financial leader and trusted partner to our executive team. Position description
This position will assist with research at the forefront of Behavioral, Public, and Labor Economics. The position entails analyzing public and private datasets using quasi-experimental methods, assisting with literature reviews, helping set-up and analyze randomized experiments both online and in the field, and using computational techniques to test predictions of economic theory and to evaluate public policies. Will perform data analysis using statistical packages such as Stata and perform numerical simulations using languages such as Matlab. Will utilize collaborative tools like GitHub to manage projects and tasks. We will help prepare the researcher for applying to graduate programs in economics.
Duties will include:
- Assists in setting up experiments in the field and online. Coordinates surveys and the data collection process. Responds to questions from participants.
- Assist in the set-up and analysis of randomized experiments both online and in the field, and using computational techniques to test predictions of economic theory and to evaluate public policies.

The California Policy Lab (CPL) generates research insights for government impact. Through hands-on partnerships with government agencies, CPL performs rigorous research across issue silos and builds the data infrastructure necessary to improve programs and policies that millions of Californians rely on every day. Position Description
The Health & Safety Net Researcher will lead CPL's research portfolio relating to the social safety net and health, in collaboration with and under the oversight of CPL's faculty affiliates and Research Director. This is an exciting role for a skilled safety net and/or health researcher who wants to design and conduct policy-relevant quantitative research in partnership with state and local agencies throughout California. The Health & Safety Net Researcher conducts quantitative research, including conceptualizing research questions and design; requesting, receiving, and cleaning data files; creating and implementing an analysis plan; conducting quality assurance reviews; summarizing results in documents for both academic and policy audiences; and generating replicability documentation. The Health & Safety Net Researcher can implement multiple research designs and analysis techniques, including but not limited to randomized control trials, quasi-experimental designs using natural experiments or other such variation, and difference-in-difference and event study analyses. Further, a successful candidate can lead research projects under the oversight of CPL's Research Director with small teams, write proposals to support research projects, and ensure timely and high-quality completion of research tasks. The Health & Safety Net Researcher will mentor and supervise other research staff. The position will report to the Research Director and will work directly with leading social policy researchers at UC and other top universities, state and local government agency staff, and CPL's leadership team.
Position Responsibilities
- Under the oversight of the Research Director, conduct quantitative research, including conceptualizing research questions and design; requesting, receiving, and cleaning data files; creating and implementing analysis plans; conducting quality assurance reviews; summarizing results in documents for both academic and policy audiences; and generating replicability documentation.

Position Summary:
Provides our organization Vascular R&D and Production Engineering staffs, Legal, Marketing, and external clients with data regarding questions and problems concerning materials, processes, new technology, and methods related to the development, production, and use of products.
This data will be generated utilizing microscopic (electron and optical) and/or elemental analyses. The data will be in the form of images and/or elemental spectra. Official reports will be written, archived, and issued by the analyst. Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Job would require 50-75% SEM laboratory work involving hands-on analysis (non automated program).
* Perform more advanced sample preparation such as inorganic materials or metallurgraphic sample preparation.
* Evaluates written requests to perform materials analysis. Determines if the request can be accomplished with in-house technology or if it has to be assigned to an authorized, outside laboratory.
* Prepares samples for the specific type of analysis required or requested (FEM, SEM, EDS, etc.).
* Performs analysis according to the Departmental Operating Procedure (DOP) for the instruments used in the analysis.
* Analyzes specific characteristics of the material, process, or failure morphology by comparing with known characteristics from which to draw conclusions.
* Creates reports using the Laboratory Information System (LIMS), for all requests. Archives data, images, and analyses.

* Bachelor's degree or 2 years from a microscopy school or materials degree with 6 months to 2 year experience using the electron microscope plus 2-5 years of related work experience with a good understanding of specified functional area, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
