Basic Qualifications:

• 9+ years of experience in Business Management with Bachelor's degree OR - 7+ years of experience with a Master's
• Experience with Microsoft Project and the development of an Integrated Master Schedule
• Proficiency with MS Office applications
• Full understanding Earned Value Management (EVM) practices and the ability to support implementation on programs with varying contract types
• Experience in supporting Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) and DCMA Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSRs)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Deltek Open Plan and Acumen Fuse
• Experience with SSI Tools
• Experience leading a team
• Experience in the aerospace and defense industry
• Experience scheduling in an Earned Value management environment with working knowledge and experience with scheduling in a compliant EVMS environment, including familiarity with DI-MGMT-81650 and related government requirements

Primary Level Salary Range: $112,600.00 - $169,000.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

* Performs expert level break-fix & preventive maintenance, and/or design of mechanical, and electrical equipment improvements as well as complex systems as the employee's job specialty requires. Provides troubleshooting support on equipment and technical support on production lines as appropriate for the employee's job specialty. Maintains in-depth technical knowledge of numerous systems as the employee's job specialty requires. Performs research and procedures as the employee's job specialty requires.

* Programs, troubleshoots and analyzes complex control systems to resolve in-depth software/ hardware and configuration problems.

* Utilizes predictive equipment and interprets results for analysis, equipment condition assessment, troubleshooting and proactive maintenance. Including but not limited to infrared thermography, ultrasonic testing, power quality analysis, laser interferometry, ball bar, and vibration analysis.

* Leads, drives and participates in CI activities--processes, results and cost savings using CI tools and methodology.

* Identifies and sources parts, supplies and repair items as necessary. Suggests alternative items and engineered solutions to improve reliability.

* Independently performs maintenance as per industry standards.

* Complies with 5S and housekeeping standards.

* May be required to setup and operate multiple machining operations including but not limited to: lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts. May perform welding tasks.

* Studies and investigates technical and systems methods, tools, and innovations that can be implemented in ATS sites to improve maintenance practices and updates documentation.

* Prepares input for cost analysis for new equipment, repair/rebuild proposals, cost savings and innovations as required.

* Updates records and reviews CMMS history and analyzes data.

* Provides technical contents of sales quotations and performs T&M duties as required.

* Trains and coaches less proficient technician. Assumes project manager responsibilities as assigned.

* Completes and conducts on-the-job training and technical self-study programs for career development.

* Follows all safety related policies, rules, regulations, technical instructions and guidelines.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Behaviors Required:

* High School Graduate or equivalent (GED).

* Associates degree with a Technical focus and 7 years of related experience in specific industry; or, 10 years of experience in specific industry.

* Proficiency in predictive technologies including vibration analysis or laser interferometer operations, precision alignments, and maintenance of applicable process equipment.

* Understands electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems. Can analyze the problem, synthesize alternative solutions, and perform repairs.

* Must be able to use hand tools and specialized tools as appropriate.

* May be required to travel.

* Six Sigma experience desired.

The Systems Engineering and Test Center's Life Cycle Engineering Directorate is responsible for ensuring our products are Safe, Reliable, Maintainable and delivered on time. Life Cycle Engineering consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices and our customers. This position is based onsite in Tucson, AZ. You will be part of the Systems Engineering and Test Center, supporting products from design through validation, integration, and long-term sustainment. You will play a key role in ensuring product sustainment and mission readiness.

What You Will Do:

• Develop, review, and maintain maintenance work instructions and repair documentation for Intermediate Level Maintenance Facilities (ILMFs).
• Author and manage maintenance and repair documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and configuration control.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across engineering, supply chain, quality, finance, and operations to support repair execution and sustainment objectives.
• Develop and manage program budgets, including forecasting, cost tracking, and variance analysis.
• Conduct and support spares analysis activities, including demand forecasting and sustainment planning.
• Utilize OPUS and other tools to support spares analysis and sustainment decisions.
• Prepare and deliver clear, professional presentations to internal leadership and external customers regarding Missile Maintenance documents & Sparing Analysis

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience with maintenance work instructions and/or sustainment processes for maintenance facilities.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience supporting the creation and maintenance of technical manuals, work instructions, and related logistics documentation.
• Experience with spares analysis, including use of OPUS.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience with managing budgets and program financials.
• Familiar with government or FMS customer repair programs.
