Your goal will be to manage and improve the plant’s Predictive Maintenance & Reliability programs. As the Reliability Engineer, you’ll use Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), PPM optimization, and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) processes as well as vibration, infrared, oil and ultrasonic analysis to identify problems. Working with the maintenance & engineering staff to identify solutions, you’ll develop a plan for equipment repair and set standards and create needed schedules for repairs.


You’ll be the coach & mentor to other engineers & maintenance staff who will look to you to provide technical expertise & engineering support. Your focus is solving problems and getting everyone on board with the solution.


You’ll need to be a good communicator as you’ll be working with a diverse group of employees and contractors. You’ll need to be meticulous and organized as you prepare technical reports to communicate schedules, capital projects progress, risk analysis & return on investment.You’ll need to be computer savvy and SAP is our preferred program.

We are partnering with a well-established, technology-driven manufacturing organization to identify an Continuous Improvement Engineer with a strong continuous improvement mindset. This role focuses on driving operational excellence across manufacturing processes using lean principles, data-driven analysis, and hands-on leadership on the shop floor.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies (Kaizen, 5S, SMED, VSM, TPM, waste reduction)
  • Conduct time studies, capacity analysis, value stream mapping, cycle time analysis, and line balancing to improve throughput
  • Support and sustain Daily Management Systems, including Tier board development, coaching, and upkeep

What We’re Looking For

Education

Technical Skills

Summary

The Design Quality Engineer will act as the quality representative and design control lead on cross-functional new product development (NPD) and sustaining engineering teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Design Control Leadership: Lead and support Design Control activities (planning, design inputs, outputs, verification, validation, and design transfer) across the product lifecycle.

  • Own the implementation, design, configuration, and continuous enhancement of SAP S/4HANA Product Costing (CO-PC) including standard cost planning, Material Ledger, cost component split, variance analysis, Margin Analysis (CO-PA), and Cost Center Accounting.
