This is an exciting innovative Men's Health clinic for E.D.

and is looking for a part-time Physician for two day a week in-office and telemedicine opportunities throughout the week.

Client is searching for a patient, caring physician to assist in the health and well-being of men who suffer from ED.

Full training will be provided to physician and all procedures are non-invasive.

You will receive: Hourly Compensation Malpractice coverage at 1mil/3milDuration:4/22/21
- ongoingHours:In-Office:Thursdays 9am-6pm Saturdays 9am -2pmTelemedicine:All week adjusted to meet Physicians schedulePatient volume: 100% Adult-All Male patients 50's and older 3-4 patients seen per hour No calls and all non-invasive procedures Complete support staff for patient processing and training, no experience required

Work Dates Needed: 2-3 months of Locums coverage needed starting asap due to increase in patient census.

Can be locum to perm Preferred Schedule: M-F Clinic 8-5 / 7-4.

Call is 1:5.

Worksite Setting: Clinic & Call Scope of Work: Gastroenterology, Clinic & Call (will accept a General or Advanced GI) if Advanced, must have ERCP and EUS.

Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active NY License EMR: Epic

Coverage Needed ASAP
- Ongoing Schedule 4 Days per week Full time with some call shifts The schedule is 8:00a-4:00pish (maybe to 5p) Clinical Details 8 Patients per day on average Inpatient only Total # of beds = 18 Trauma Level 3 All Adult Patients Requirements Board Certified Psychiatry Active ME License Active BLS Clean Background for quick credentialing COVID and Flu Vaccination Required Treatment Disorders: Anxiety Disorders, Affective Disorders, ADD/ADHD, Personality Disorders, Psychotic Disorders, & Drug use disorders, withdraw.

Provider must have familiarity with Addiction.

Call Nights, weekends, and holidays Support Staff 2 Psychiatrists in the group 2 Advanced Practice Providers support the group There are no psychologists It is optional if the Locum Psychiatrist would like to Supervise EMR EPIC

- 18-20 Will see clinic outpatients only, no hospital coverage May see same day acute/walk ins if schedule can accommodate Requirements Would prefer locums who can cover consistently for six months BLS Board certified

Coverage Needed ASAP
- ongoing Schedule M-F 8a-5p with some potential call depending on dates confirmed 40 hrs/week Clinical Details 100% adult Level II trauma center Avg of 35-50 patients on treatment daily Requirements Locum must be able to attend an onsite orientation on a weekday prior to first assignment (typically set for 7:30a-5p), which would include a physical, drug screening, immunization review, administrative paperwork and EPIC Training.

Already active IL license is highly preferred, IMLC LOQ already in hand may be considered Proof of COVID vaccine Board certified/board eligible in radiation oncology; MD or DO Availability per request 2 references per Stratum process Clean and easy to credential candidates
