To be eligible to operate on the Via Platform in Darrington, you must:

? Have a valid US drivers license

? Are 25 years of age or older

? Have more than 1 year of driving history

? Have a personal auto insurance policy

? Lease and drive a vehicle from a vehicle leasing partner

? Available to attend WAV onboarding and physically able to push a wheelchair and operate WAV vehicle

? Pass a background check, including criminal and motor vehicle record checks (SSN needed)

? Complete a DOT pre-engagement drug test and submit to ongoing DOT drug and alcohol testing as required under FTA rules

Any additional requirements for participating in this service will be communicated to prospective Driver Partners as necessary.

*New driver partner promotion: To be eligible, you must complete at least 10 hours of driving on the Via platform within 30 days of completing your driver onboarding session. Time offline, including breaks, will not be included in this 30-hour minimum. This promotion may be revoked or altered at any time at Via's sole discretion, and these terms are subject to change at Via's sole discretion.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Loan Processor, you will manage a high-volume loan pipeline from submission through clear to close with minimal supervision. You will act as a subject matter expert and resource to junior processors, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction. This role requires deep knowledge of mortgage guidelines and strong communication with internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently process and manage a pipeline of complex Conventional, FHA, and VA loans.
• Manage a high-volume, purchase-focused pipeline while consistently closing 20–25 loans per month.
• Analyze and verify all loan documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Review and satisfy underwriting conditions and communicate requirements clearly to clients.
• Coordinate effectively with loan officers, underwriters, and closers to ensure timely closings.
• Maintain compliance with TRID, RESPA, and company guidelines.
• Mentor and support junior processors, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to team efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage loan processing experience (Conventional preferred; FHA/VA a plus).
• Deep understanding of mortgage lending regulations, TRID, DU/LP, and investor requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in LOS systems (LendingPad, Encompass, or equivalent).
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to prioritize under pressure.
• Preferably strong purchase-loan experience with tight contract and closing timelines.
• Proven ability to handle complex loan files (self-employed borrowers, appraisal or title challenges).
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for being a subject matter expert in the respective functional area. This role involves overseeing the client implementation process, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, all while ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the client implementation process for new PEO clients, ensuring a seamless transition to our services.
• Lead the client's full implementation by understanding their requirements and configuring our PEO solutions to meet their needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, addressing their concerns, answering questions, and providing expert guidance on system configuration and best practices.
• Provide training and guidance to clients on how to use our PEO system effectively, ensuring a smooth transition and user adoption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or process-related issues that arise during the implementation phase.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Client Relations, and Payroll.
• Act as a subject matter expert, staying up to date with industry trends, best practices, workflows, processes, complex client situations, and benefit regulations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in benefit implementations.

Education & Experience

• High School/GED or equivalent combination of experience, skills, and education (including other relevant non-traditional degree programs, certifications, or job training programs) required.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools, specifically PrismHR.
• Strong understanding of payroll and HR processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in implementation, payroll, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of relevant federal and state regulations about benefit administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Required Licenses and/or Certifications

Industry certification not required but would be beneficial to the role (i.e, FPC, CPP, PHR, SHRM-CP, PMP, etc.)
