The Role:
In this dynamic role, you'll primarily operate from our Texas yard. Engaging in hands-on manual labor, including routine maintenance tasks such as painting, concrete chipping, and rust grinding. What You’ll Do:

Position Summary:
The Quality Control Inspector performs inspection tasks related to the removal, reapplication, and repair of surface coatings (e.g. paint) utilizing proper inspection methods, techniques and equipment. Accomplish routine and non-routine inspection functions during all aspects of the paint process ensuring airworthiness of the article.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Follows safety procedures and wears and utilizes appropriate safety equipment for the work being performed.
• Interprets blueprints, drawings, and other technical data.
• Performs both simple and complex inspection procedures on aircraft parts, structures, and systems in accordance with applicable standards and specifications.
• Uses micrometers, gauges, calipers, indicators, and other measuring instruments and test equipment in the performance of skilled inspection work.

JOB DUTIES
As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for fabricating, installing, inspecting, testing, operating, repairing and maintaining all types of electrical, mechanical and electronic equipment in a safe and orderly manner as directed by a Maintenance Supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
- Five (5) years industrial electrical maintenance experience.
- Formal Apprenticeship or equivalent trades training is desirable.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Safe and efficient use of electrical maintenance tools and equipment including electrical testing and measuring equipment. Conduit bending and threading equipment, ladders and scaffolding, vibration analyzers, soldering equipment, metal cutting and forming machines, hoisting and rigging equipment. Hand and power tools common to the trade.
- Read and work from blueprints, sketches, charts, manuals, wiring and schematic diagrams, and other information and instructions. Maintains records and makes reports as necessary.
- Fabricate, install, troubleshoot, dismantle, repair, assemble, inspect, test, maintain, lubricate and operate all electrical and electronic equipment and components, air conditioning equipment, fluid controls, cranes, lighting systems and battery powered equipment.
- Use burning, cutting, welding, soldering, and brazing equipment as required.
- Operate cranes, mobile equipment, and erects and disassembles scaffolding in conjunction with repair work.

- Assist assigned crew with execution of planned activities such as PM's, lubes, or standing work orders as assigned by the maintenance supervisor
- Understand and activate the "Maintenance Help Chain" as necessary to prevent excessive production interruptions
- Prioritize work requests or have the Potline Supervisor prioritize requests in the event of multiple requests simultaneously
- Assess non-routine breakdown situations and recommend necessary resources when help is required
- Provide accurate feedback to the appropriate maintenance personnel regarding turnover information on breakdowns and trouble calls
- Practice established maintenance process techniques at all times, some examples include accurate and detailed information on work orders, applying parts removal tags on rebuild items, immediately return to stock warehouse issues that are not needed, proper coding of emergency work orders, all stock issues are charged to work orders

Install, set-up and program Moore site-programmable volt and milliamp limit trip alarms.
Set-up and install chart recorders.
Maintain Sensit Gold Gas Detector, calibrate and repair.
Maintain manual loading stations.
Install and maintain Hazardous Detection System components.
Install, program and set-up smart process control instrumentation.
Note: Only those trained or certified in the following craft specialties may perform these tasks.

Must maintain current TWIC {Transportation Worker Identification Credential).

Able to work in inclement weather and general gas plant conditions.
Must be able to work in confined spaces when required.
Must be able to climb ladders/stairs and work at extreme heights when required.
Must be able to don/doff a full-face respirator when required.
Must be always clean shaven (PGW Respirator Readiness policy 007-10).
Must wear PPE (FR clothing, steel/composite toe work boots - no sneaker type, hard hat, safety glasses etc.-when required.
Must possess high reach, forklift, rigging and signaling training etc.
Must be knowledgeable of the Plant’s Emergency Alarm System.
Must be able to work extended hours and shifts if conditions are required.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED required.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
Must acquire and maintain a CDL License.
Certified Control Technician by the International Society of Automation {ISA) or similar preferred.
Promotion to this position requires demonstrated ability to perform the job functions. Must pass a written test and (Hands on Test).
This is a drug testing position.
The Electrical Instrument Technician maintains, constructs and repairs electrical distribution, lighting, computer and PLC systems within the plant, as well as assembles, installs, tests and maintains electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus and fixtures. They will also diagnose malfunctioning systems using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
This position is for night shift Wednesday thru Saturday. 4pm-4am

Compensation$39.38 to $40.30 + shift differential
Responsibilities- Calibrates, designs, reconfigures, assembles, installs, inspects and maintains electrical systems and equipment, such as motors, generators, commutators, speed reducers, switchboards, circuit boards, lighting circuits, SCR, electronic control devices, computers and circuits, etc.; uses blueprints and related resources to complete tasks and checks/verifies work to ensure proper operation
- Uses necessary instruments and tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, V.T.V.M’s, bridges, computers, laptops and any other industrial electrical/electronic analyzing equipment and tools needed in carrying out responsibilities
- Sets up and uses rigging to handle tools and equipment, such as manlifts and cranes; climbs poles or uses mobile equipment to run, repair, modify, remove, clean, etc., power lines and all associated equipment
- Designs, prepares, modifies and maintains logs, reports, charts, schematics, prints and any other paperwork incidental to duties
- Maintains equipment, work areas, measuring instruments and tools
- Performs minor mechanical work such as removing covers, lids or obstructions prior to electrical repair work; performs cutting and welding; paints electrical/electronic panel, switchgear, motor windings, insulating equipment, control station, etc.
- Changes motors and performs alignments
- Maintains process analyzers
- Performs other duties as assigned by manager
High school diploma/GED
Requirements/Qualifications- Physical requirements: sit, stand, stoop, bend for extended periods of time (up to 8 hrs.), climb, and lift up to 70 lbs.
- Walk on all types of surfaces (uneven and/or slippery ground)
- Ability to work in surroundings that include dust, vibration, heights and confined spaces
- Must work in all weather conditions: heat, cold, wet, dry and/or dusty conditions and near hot kiln process
- Exposure to cement, clay, limestone and various chemicals. See MSDS for more details
- Able to work rotating and flexible hours
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with or knowledge of all types of equipment used in the manufacturing of cement preferred
