Job Description

The Transformation Group+ (TTG) is a healthcare‑specific Managed Services Organization (MSO) delivering high‑impact IT, security, and compliance services to provider organizations nationwide. We are seeking a Senior Information Security Director who can operate at the intersection of hands‑on engineering, strategic advisory, and leadership execution.

This role is responsible for assessing, implementing, and managing comprehensive security programs for healthcare clients—spanning technical controls, governance, risk, compliance, and incident response. You will also support TTG’s internal security posture, ensuring our own environment reflects the standards we deliver to clients.

Responsibilities

Client Advisory & Engagement

  • Lead security assessments for prospective and existing clients, identifying gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities across infrastructure, applications, cloud environments, and organizational processes.
  • Present findings and recommendations to technical and non‑technical stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on security architecture, compliance requirements, and best‑practice frameworks relevant to healthcare organizations.

Security Engineering & Operations

  • Implement, configure, and manage security controls across Active Directory, Azure, IAM, endpoint protection, network security, and cloud environments.
  • Oversee or support Epic Security administration, access governance, and template/role design.
  • Develop and execute vulnerability management processes, including scanning, remediation planning, and reporting.
  • Support or lead incident response activities, including triage, containment, investigation, documentation, and breach notification coordination.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Conduct ongoing risk assessments, threat/vulnerability analyses, and control evaluations aligned with healthcare regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH) and industry frameworks.
  • Develop, maintain, and implement security policies, standards, and procedures for both TTG and client organizations.
  • Support audit readiness and audit response activities for internal and client environments.
  • Lead or contribute to Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning, testing, and program management.

Program Leadership & Continuous Improvement

  • Design and oversee security program components such as monitoring, logging, SIEM use cases, DLP, identity governance, and access review processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across security operations, compliance workflows, and client service delivery.
  • Deliver or coordinate security awareness training and promote a culture of security across TTG and client organizations.

Qualifications

Master Technology Group (MTG) specializes in designing, installing, and servicing low-voltage commercial property technologies across local and national markets.


The Integrated Security Systems Technician (Traveling) provides customer-focused, workplace technology support to clients, field staff, installation partners, and internal team members. While most support work is performed remotely, occasional on-site assistance may be required locally and nationally.


Supported systems are primarily security-related, including video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, and EAS. Additional support may encompass network programming, fire alarm systems, data infrastructure, AV, and other low-voltage disciplines.


An MTG Integrated Security Systems Technician must deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate strong professional relationships with clients, vendors, Local Service Partners (LSPs), and colleagues. Responsibilities

  • Strategic Risk Analysis: Conduct threat, vulnerability, and asset analyses (security risk assessments) to identify security gaps and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Facility Hardening: Support and oversee site hardening initiatives including the use of vehicle barriers, ballistic-rated materials, and other protective infrastructure.
  • Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED): Apply CPTED principles to improve safety and deter criminal activity within facility and campus environments.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and system strategies for client organizations.
  • Advisory Support: Provide expert recommendations to leadership and stakeholders on strengthening security posture and maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Technology Management: Lead evaluation, selection, and vendor coordination for security technologies ensuring compliance with project requirements and budgets.
  • Incident Response: Investigate security incidents, evaluate current procedures and countermeasures, and help develop contingency and response plans.
  • Compliance & Auditing: Conduct site audits and assessments to ensure adherence to applicable regulatory standards such as ISC and DHS guidelines.
  • System Design & Integration: Design and architect physical security systems including access control, video surveillance (VMS), and intrusion detection solutions.
  • Mentorship: Support the development of junior consultants and security professionals through technical guidance and knowledge sharing.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain high standards of quality control.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of access control system architecture, components, communication protocols, and credential technologies.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of video surveillance systems, camera technologies, and recording platforms.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of intrusion detection systems and associated technologies.
  • Understanding of security communications systems including radio, intercom, public address systems, and network infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with building design and construction processes is preferred.


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, or a related field preferred.
  • CSC, PSP, or CPP certification required.
  • 5–10 years of progressive experience in physical security consulting, security management, or integrated security system design.
  • Experience conducting risk and vulnerability assessments required.
  • Experience supporting network design for security systems is a plus.
  • Ability to travel approximately 20% as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.

* Documents problems, appropriate goals, interventions, and patient/family response to hospice care

* Instructs and supervises the patient/family in self-care techniques when appropriate
* Maintains accurate and relevant clinical notes regarding the patient's condition
