Determines nature and extent of illness or injury, or magnitude of catastrophe, to establish first aid procedures to be followed or need for additional assistance, basing decisions on statements of persons involved, examination of victim or victims, and knowledge of emergency medical practice.
Administers prescribed first aid treatment at site of emergency, or in specially equipped vehicles, performing such activities as application of splints, administration of oxygen, treatment of minor wounds or abrasions, or administration of artificial resuscitation.
Communicate with professional medical personnel at emergency treatment facility to obtain instructions regarding further treatment and to arrange for reception of victims at treatment facility.
Controls access to client site or facility through the admittance process; assists visitors with a legitimate need to gain entry to the facility; screens visitors and client employees in an efficient manner to expedite their admittance to the site or facility.
Provides an atmosphere in which all client employees and visitors know that the client responds to and cares about their needs; provides a courteous, respectful and pleasant interaction with each client employee and visitor as perceived from their point of view; presents a good image of the client and its security department.

As an Immigration Attorney, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through the multifaceted immigration process. - Client Consultation and Advocacy: Providing personalized legal consultation, understanding each client's unique needs, and advising on the most viable legal options. This also involves staying abreast of legal developments and preparing detailed legal briefs and reports.
- Collaboration and Team Leadership: Working in tandem with paralegals, legal assistants, and other attorneys. You will mentor and oversee junior staff to ensure high-quality, timely casework.
- Response to Legal Queries: Addressing Requests for Additional Evidence (RFEs), Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs), and Notices of Intent to Revoke (NOIRs) from government agencies through detailed analysis and preparation of persuasive responses.
- Appeals and Legal Motions: Managing appeals and motions to reconsider or reopen cases, crafting comprehensive legal arguments to uphold client positions.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
- J.D. from an ABA-approved law school.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment-based immigration law.
- An active member in good standing with a state Bar, with eligibility to represent clients and sign G-28s.
- Proficiency in EB1, EB2-NIW, O1, PERM labor certifications, H-1B, L-1, and E visa matters.
- Fluency in a second language is desirable.
- Supervisory Responsibility: Yes, including oversight of cases and potential supervision of paralegals and case managers.

Neuro Interventional RadiologyThe NIR Technologist must be competent as the assistant to the Interventional Neurologist for diagnostic and interventional procedures in roles that include scrubbing, monitoring, and circulating. The technologist must have knowledge of the X-ray equipment in use, hemodynamic monitoring, cerebral and peripheral anatomy, and sterile technique.
Arrhythmia (EP) Specific:
The EP Radiologic Technologist must be competent as the assistant to the Electrophysiologist for non-invasive and invasive procedures. The technologist must have knowledge of the X-ray equipment in use, arrhythmia monitoring, cardio structures, anatomy of the heart chambers, and sterile technique.
Vascular Interventional (VIR) Specific:
The VIR Radiologic Technologist must be competent as the assistant to the Interventional Radiologist for minimally invasive, image-guided vascular procedures in roles that include scrubbing, monitoring, and circulating. The technologist must have knowledge of the various imaging equipment in use including fluoroscopy, computed tomography (CT), and ultrasound.
Neuro Interventional Specific:
The Neuro Interventional Radiologic Technologist must be competent as the assistant to the Neuro Interventional Radiologist for diagnostic and interventional procedures. Requirements:
1. The Senior Cath Lab Radiologic Technologist must be an active, effective preceptor for new associates and students.
2. Competent to scrub and circulate all coronary cases including complex PCI and brachytherapy; Ventricular assist devices (IABP, IMPELLA and ECMO); all peripheral vascular cases including venous procedures (IVC reconstruction) and all Structural Heart Procedures including aortic and mitral valves and ASD/PFO. Must rotate through all labs including the HVL at least twice a month.
3. Competent to float to Arrythmia Services and Hybrid Lab to assist with procedures.
