Standard Work: HRIS Analyst - Talent Division
- Assess the needs of the Talent department and utilize principles of project planning to assure Talent System goals, priorities, timelines and outcomes are successfully met.

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst. Kalahari is building its first dedicated Business Intelligence team. Right now, we have a modern data stack: Snowflake as our warehouse, Braze for marketing, and over 70 data sources flowing in from all five resort properties. With that, we don't have a dedicated analyst to turn that into ongoing insights for the business. This role is the first educated hire.
You and this team will work directly with our C-suite, along with cross-functional leaders across marketing, revenue management, and operations, to build out dashboards, analyses, and reporting that the company runs on!
