Role:

The Group Account Supervisor is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients to develop effective communication and tactical plans. Has overall responsibility for Agency output. Ensure coordinated approach to promotional tactics. Recommend new and innovative approaches and directions to accomplish client’s marketing goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain complete working knowledge of assigned therapeutic category, product(s), and client marketing team goals
• Supervise and play active role in the planning and execution of product’s promotional activity – effectively plan product POAs, seeking supervisor’s input where appropriate
• Manage complex tactical projects with minimal supervision
• Effectively present the agency’s recommendations, points-of-view to clients
• Ensure that team members know, and follow, established agency account services procedures (account files, approval process, status reports, etc.)
• Maintain understanding of client needs and effectively communicate the needs to creative and other appropriate departments
• Conduct regular meetings with account group personnel to discuss client issues, opportunities, and work in progress
• Supervise and motivate account group personnel to ensure a high level of performance on behalf of clients
• Evaluate creative executions and provide constructive feedback to creative team

Client-related responsibilities:

• Build and maintain positive client relationships with a focus on achieving client’s marketing goals
• Guide, advise, and assist account team in developing and presenting new business proposals
• Develop and maintain contact with appropriate client personnel to ensure that agency is aware of business opportunities and/or significant changes in the client’s business structure
• Supervise and proactively take part in the development of advertising and promotion materials to ensure that they reflect current product objectives
• Promote the full breadth of agency services to client where appropriate; maintain a thorough understanding of agency resources and capabilities
• Maintain frequent communication with the client to establish and maintain positive working relationships
• Coordinate new business pitches under direction of senior management
• Ensure adherence to internal agency policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years advertising agency experience
• Previous experience working on a fast pace account with high volume of multi-channel tactics
• Experience with website launches, message platforms, campaign development, banner ads, convention work and optimization of assets
• Strong conceptual and presentation skills
• Collaborative with ability to work within a team
• Successful track record with client service

The Solutions Architect – Transportation is responsible for providing consultation to the Global Information Services (GIS) organization and business units on the relevance and appropriate application of technology. The Solutions Architect will understand the design solutions and business processes that fulfill the business requirements. This position is accountable for ensuring that the application and integration of transportation and other logistics execution technology is done in a manner consistent with the Owens Corning enterprise architecture and standards. This position is responsible for collaborating with and educating others across the organization and supporting technology for transportation related logistics platforms.

The successful candidate for this role is a student of technology, maintains market awareness, and is networked into logistics internally and externally. They are accountable for keeping up to date on new and emerging developments in IT solutions and are expected to gain a working level understanding of these technologies by pursuing opportunities to gain practical knowledge through professional events, peer networks, or formal training. The Solutions Architect – Transportation will identify opportunities to integrate new technology with the current environment to address business opportunities.

To excel in this role, it is crucial to possess a natural curiosity for technology and a keen interest in researching and defining ways to optimize processes within the logistics domain.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Knowing Our Businesses and their Strategies

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Owens Corning specific business processes and operations globally
• Build relationships within the organization, cross-functionally, and with key business stakeholders; continuously enhance connection to remain aligned with core objectives
• Collaborate with Domain Architects, peers, and other IS leaders in the development and ongoing sustainment of the 3-year transportation IT Roadmap for the Owens Corning technology environment.
• Work with process leaders, and project teams to identify and define integration opportunities for the appropriate technologies.
• Ensure technology that is being delivered is contemporary and aligned with the IT Roadmap.
• Ensure the performance, support, sustainability, and life cycle management of logistics solutions are engineered in the design stage

Executing Strategy

Technology Leadership & Development

• Define, design, build and oversee the implementation and rollout of ERP functional solutions based on SAP S/4 HANA for Transportation Management and cloud-based solutions that support business processes.
• Work with others to define project scope, based on workshops with business representatives, and knowledge of our landscape and solutions.
• Ideates on solutions to complex requirements.
• Reviews blueprints as outlined by the functional subject matter expert, of requirements and solutions.
• Assists our implementation partner with systems build activities including configuration, master data, investigation of enhancement points, and integrations, and writing functional specifications, unit testing etc.
• Collaborate with the program and business teams to ensure continuous business and IT alignment with no future gaps.
• Collaborate with functional and IT teams working closely within the Transportation Management track, especially IT Architecture, Master Data, Procurement, Manufacturing, etc.
• Own overall inventory of workflows, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements and forms (WRICEFs) for the area of TM.
• Partner with others to maintain an awareness of Owens Corning business strategy to identify opportunities to apply technological solutions to upcoming business problems.
• Ensures quality assurance on the design and implementation of technology solutions
• Design and drive the implementation of seamless and efficient transportation platforms
• Collaborate with others to address the feasibility of technology solutions.
• Identify technical and implementation risks associated with a technology solution.
• Consult with project planners to develop statements of work for proposed solutions including estimates that address assumptions, resources, integration points and risks for transportation solutions
• Leads execution technology assessments & POCs within transportation function(s)
• Manage external providers of development capacity as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems (MIS), or equivalent degree
• Minimum of 8 years of experience within Information Technology industry
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP Logistics Execution, Sales & Distribution
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP Transportation Management (9.0 or higher)

EXPERIENCE:

• Prior SAP/ECC.6.0 and TM 9.0 and greater deployment experience in all phases of the ASAP methodology
• Prior experience with SAP TM Event Manager
• Prior experience with SAP S4 HANA / SAP Cloud Applications preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Ability to partner effectively with team members, business partners, and 3rd party partners
• Ability to identify, own, and prioritize tasks to meet project milestones
• Designed all or key modules of a custom business application from scratch, including technical design, data relationships, UIs, and system interfaces.
• Experiencing working in a highly matrixed structure across functional, business, geographic and cultural boundaries
• Strong written and oral communication skills to convey relevant information clearly with confidence; understanding others through active listening; successfully sets and manages expectations
• Led functional assessment of applications as a part of a new technology evaluation and selection process.

Qualifications Expected for Position

• 3+years of experience in solution architecture, systems integration, automation engineering, or applied AI roles.

The base salary range for this position is$130,000 - $140,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2026.Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.This information is applicable for all full-time positions.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect who brings both strategic advisory capability and hands-on technical depth across modern enterprise platforms. This is a client-facing leadership role responsible for shaping solution strategy, influencing executive stakeholders, and guiding the delivery of scalable, future-ready architectures.

This role plays a key part in business development, helping craft proposals, solution estimates, resource models, and architectural roadmaps for complex enterprise engagements.

What You’ll Do

• Lead solution architecture for large-scale initiatives ($3M–$30M), balancing quick wins with long-term sustainability.
• Translate business needs into clear technical strategies and architecture roadmaps.
• Drive end-to-end solution design across backend, frontend, DevOps, infrastructure, and cloud ecosystems.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and executives—communicating decisions with clarity and confidence.
• Architect solutions leveraging the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, MS SQL, Dataverse, Dynamics, Power Platform, M365).
• Apply integration patterns, microservices, distributed systems, and resilience design principles.
• Partner closely with Product, Delivery, and Client teams to ensure alignment and execution success.
• Support proposal development, estimation, and technical pre-sales conversations.
• Mentor architects and technical delivery teams; promote reusable frameworks and reference architectures.
• Embed governance, compliance, and security standards into solution designs.

What You Bring

• 20+ years of enterprise technology experience.
• 10+ years solutioning and estimating complex architectures, ideally in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Proven leadership designing and guiding multi-disciplinary technical teams.
• Deep technical expertise across:
• Cloud (Azure preferred)
• Integration architecture & distributed systems
• Backend & frontend platforms
• DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code
• Modern data and API design patterns
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence skills.
• Ability to work in ambiguous, high-stakes environments with pace and confidence.

• Advanced degree in CS, Engineering, or related field
