Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD / Order-to-Cash (OTC) Manager to lead the strategy, implementation, and support of SAP Sales & Distribution solutions across global manufacturing operations. This role will optimize end-to-end OTC processes, manage SAP projects and enhancements, and ensure integration with related SAP modules.

Description

• Lead SAP SD strategy, configuration, and support across global manufacturing sites.
• Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes including sales orders, pricing, delivery, and billing.
• Ensure integration with SAP modules such as MM, PP, FI/CO, and CRM.
• Drive continuous improvement of OTC processes and system capabilities.
• Manage SAP rollouts, upgrades, and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable SAP solutions.
• Support EDI integrations with customers and logistics partners.
• Lead SAP analysts, developers, and external consultants.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Provide training, documentation, and change management support.

Requirements

• 10+ years of SAP experience
• 5+ years in SAP SD
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing sales processes (Make-to-Order and Make-to-Stock).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration with supply chain modules.
• Proven experience managing SAP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting EDI integrations in high-volume environments.
• Bachelor’s degree required; SAP certification preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP Advanced ATP, Variant Configuration, and CRM integration.
• Knowledge of global trade compliance and tax determination in SAP.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
• Experience working in multi-plant, multi-country SAP environments.

Position Details: 

• Self/preferential scheduling posted four weeks in advance for you to have predictability in your schedule 
• Culture of mutual respect and collaboration among all surgical staff

• Rounding with unit leaders, including charge nurses, to ensure your voice is heard on suggestions for patient care and surgical workflow improvement

What you will do in this role: 

• Evaluate patients prior to surgery 
• Provide patient and family education surrounding the procedure and peri-operative process
• Assume responsibility for patient preparation, including intravenous therapy, preoperative medications, and surgical site verification 
• Participate in surgical site verification, including briefing, time out, debriefing, and universal protocols, according to hospital policy 
• Recognize and respond to patient emergencies 
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while managing evidence-based practices and continuous improvement initiatives 
• Be an integral member of a dynamic interdisciplinary team – consisting of the provider(s), surgeons, surgical technologists and more 
• Consistently apply the nursing process, critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, technical skills and leadership to independently deliver safe nursing care to patients
• Assess patient condition, monitor throughout your shift, and document changes in patient condition along with the care provided thoroughly 
• Educate patients and families/caregivers about the patient’s medical condition, treatment and follow-up measures 

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 7 days of employment start date
• PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree
• One or more years of higher acuity (hospital) related RN experience required
• Previous Surgical Services experience strongly preferred

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales Supervisor manages and coaches a sales force to achieve sales volume, profitability, and margin goals for the franchise area. Primary job duties generally fall into the following categories: 1) Monitor the development of frontline sales force to ensure the company is cultivating strong customer relationships, while maximizing volume, revenue, and profit growth. 2) Utilizing in-store audits to ensure monthly key performance indicators are met. 3) Development of the on-premises business 4) conduct and/or attend Sales meetings with frontline employees to provide direction. 5) Work in a joint effort with the General Manager to excide company goals and imperatives.

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Function as a Cashier and/or Stocker and act in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Assist in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams and programs. Provide exemplary customer service. Perform other duties as necessary to maximize profitability, customer satisfaction, and teamwork, while protecting company assets and reducing losses.

DUTIES and ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

* Unload trucks according to the prescribed process for the store.

* Follow company work processes to receive, open and unpack cartons and totes.

* Stock merchandise; rotate and face merchandise on shelves and build merchandise displays.

* Restock returned and recovered merchandise.

* Order zones and drop shipment categories, following prescribed ordering practices, as assigned by the Store Manager.

* Assist in plan-o-gram implementation and maintenance.

* Assist customers by locating merchandise.

* Bail cardboard and take out trash; dust and mop store floors; clean restroom and stockroom.

* Greet customers as they enter the store.

* Maintain register countertops and bags; implement register countertop plan-o-grams.

* Operate cash register and flatbed scanner to itemize and total customer's purchase; bag merchandise.
