About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Solutions Architect to support the design, delivery, and continuous compliance of secure government IT solutions. This role blends cybersecurity compliance (FedRAMP/RMF), technical implementation, automation, and solution architecture to help government customers deploy and sustain secure cloud and enterprise environments. This position is execution-driven, requiring someone who can translate security requirements into real, deployable technical solutions, produce and maintain required compliance artifacts, and work side-by-side with engineering and operations teams to ensure security is integrated throughout delivery. The role also supports proposal efforts by developing practical, compliant architectures that are realistic and achievable for implementation and transition.

Responsibilities

  • Cybersecurity & Compliance
  • Support FedRAMP, RMF, and government security compliance efforts across cloud and enterprise environments
  • Interpret security controls (e.g., NIST 800-53, FedRAMP baselines) and translate them into practical technical implementations
  • Contribute to and maintain system security artifacts, including:
  • System Security Plans (SSPs)
  • Control implementation narratives
  • Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms)
  • Security architecture diagrams
  • Support ATO, reauthorization, and continuous monitoring activities
  • Apply best-practice cybersecurity and threat-based cybersecurity frameworks while staying current with emerging threats and industry trends
  • Develop complex technical solutions for large, strategic proposal efforts
  • Solution Architecture & Delivery
  • Design secure solution architectures for government customers, including:
  • Cloud environments (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, GCP)
  • Hybrid and on-premises environments
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and delivery teams to ensure security is integrated into system design
  • Provide security guidance during system design, modernization, and transition-in efforts
  • Apply knowledge of the DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF)
  • Develop complex technical solutions, level-of-effort (LOE) estimates, and system architecture diagrams for large strategic initiatives

Qualifications

The individual works closely with the Director of the Tribal Inspector’s Department to support all departmental programs and initiatives, including but not limited to the development of the departmental budget and strategic plans, development of building inspections processes and programs, evaluation and improvement of service delivery systems, and administration of the Tribe’s Unsafe Structures Ordinance Program. The incumbent may attend Tribal Council meetings or other community meetings and works with all necessary stakeholders to resolve complaints, address concerns, or solve problems as needed. As a Solution Manager for Registration, you will play a pivotal role in supporting solution teams by overseeing administrative functions, tracking progress, and ensuring seamless logistical and programmatic operations. Your responsibilities will include facilitating collaboration among various internal and external stakeholders, including governance bodies, process engineering teams, the EHR vendor (Oracle Cerner), and other key program entities. You will be instrumental in supporting informaticists with strategic planning, documentation, and administrative tasks, as well as assisting solution experts and advisors in translating functional requirements and managing ticketing activities. Additionally, you will coordinate and monitor vendor activities to maintain scope and schedule alignment, facilitate design reviews, and provide recommendations for optimizing solutions.

In this role, you will also support functional testing teams with their initiatives, coordinate interface change requests with technical teams, and engage in enterprise-to-site deployment activities. Your involvement will extend to supporting the Lessons Learned process, collaborating with all functional and clinical leadership pillars, and working closely with training and change management teams. Exposure to tools and processes such as Cerner Millennium, project tracking systems, and clinical workflow analysis will be highly beneficial. 5-8 years of experience providing administrative, logistical, and programmatic support to solution teams.


Experience facilitating collaboration between multiple stakeholder groups, such as client governance bodies, process reengineering teams, system vendors, and local site teams.

As the Senior Solution Advisor for Perioperative Services, you will be a critical subject matter expert and trusted advisor, bridging the gap between the client’s surgical and anesthesia departments and the capabilities of the Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium EHR. You will guide stakeholders through complex workflow transformations, driving the successful design and adoption of the SurgiNet and Anesthesia Management solutions. Your primary objective is to ensure these solutions improve patient safety, optimize resource utilization (ORs, staff, equipment), and ensure accurate charge capture in the highly complex perioperative environment.

To excel in this senior position, you must have a strong background in perioperative informatics, OR nursing/technology, or clinical applications consulting. You will lead the design of the entire surgical journey, from case scheduling to PACU, and be the go-to expert for the intricate processes of preference card management and supply/implant documentation. You will also oversee the integration of the Anesthesia Information Management System (AIMS) with physiological monitors and anesthesia machines. Key Responsibilities:


Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

Serve as the primary consultant for perioperative leadership on all aspects of the Oracle Health SurgiNet and Anesthesia solutions.

Provide expert support and knowledge transfer on perioperative best practices, including governance for preference cards, block scheduling, and charge capture.

Work directly with client counterparts to facilitate design workshops, review deliverables, and drive consensus on perioperative workflow and build changes.

Solution Design & Workflow Analysis:

Lead the analysis and design of the end-to-end perioperative workflow, including case scheduling, pre-admission testing (PAT), intraoperative nursing and anesthesia documentation, and PACU.

Oversee the design and maintenance strategy for foundational elements like surgical preference cards, resource scheduling (rooms/equipment), and integration with supply chain/inventory management.

Define requirements for the Anesthesia Information Management System (AIMS), including its integration with bedside monitors via CareAware for real-time data flow.

Implementation & Solution Management:

Act as a lead or driver for testing events, including developing and documenting scripts in an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool to validate complex surgical and anesthesia workflows.

Provide expert support for cutover planning, go-live execution, and post-go-live sustainment, including ticket management for perioperative issues.

Assist in the review of training manuals and job aids to ensure they accurately reflect the configured workflows and system design.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of combined experience in perioperative informatics, surgical services leadership, or as an OR nurse/technologist with significant "super user" or implementation experience.


Oracle Health/Cerner Expertise: Direct, hands-on experience with the Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium platform. Specific expertise in SurgiNet, Anesthesia Management, Preference Card Management, and CareAware is required.

Overview

We are seeking a driven and technically minded Sales Representative - Packaging Solutions to lead the growth of our premium power rental refurbishment packages, custom-engineered solutions, and controls upgrades. Supporting the Caterpillar Dealer Power Rental network nationwide, this role is responsible for developing trusted relationships and delivering value-added solutions that enhance performance, extend equipment life, and meet evolving customer needs. Basic Duties

  • Develop and grow sales of power rental refurbishment packages, custom generator solutions, and controls upgrade offerings across the Caterpillar Power Rental network nationwide.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for rental dealers, collaborating closely to understand needs, propose solutions, and close sales.
  • Conduct site visits, fleet evaluations, and technical discovery to identify opportunities for equipment upgrades, repackaging, or performance enhancements.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in power generation, rental equipment, or industrial solutions.
  • Knowledge of generator sets, control systems, and power packaging is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Caterpillar power products and the power rental industry is a plus.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close consultative sales in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to manage a wide geographic territory and travel as needed.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and service support.
