Role Summary

  • Drive cross-account AI adoption by identifying areas for modernization, automation, and AI-led productivity improvements.

3. Solutioning & Pre-Sales Leadership

  • Own QE solutioning for RFPs, RFIs, and proposals, including estimation, delivery models, staffing, and differentiators.
  • Create compelling value narratives highlighting AI-enabled acceleration, automation efficiency, and quality cost reduction.
  • Represent QE in orals, client demos, and AI capability walk-throughs.

4. Quality Engineering Leadership

  • Provide architectural direction across Functional QA, UI/API automation, Performance, Security, and AI-led QE.
  • Recommend enterprise-grade QE toolchains optimized for ERP, CRM, API-led, and cloud-native digital ecosystems.
  • Drive QE modernization by introducing self-healing automation, autonomous test generation, shift-left testing, and DevOps‑integrated quality gates.

The Building Engineer reports to the Area Chief Engineer while maintaining a strong working relationship with all Property Managers in the assigned area. They support property managers by addressing a wide range of operational needs, from tenant improvement projects to preventive maintenance and repairs across all building systems. Responsibilities

  • Operate, maintain, and log all HVAC and MEP equipment under the direction of their supervisor.
  • Complete tenant service requests, and develop and maintain positive tenant relations through prompt, courteous response to tenant requests.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment, plumbing and electrical systems, as directed by their supervisor. Duties include, but are not limited to changing filters, coil cleaning, greasing motors, replacing light bulbs & ballasts, inspecting/adjusting belts, and regular inspections of equipment.
  • Maintain computerized or manual equipment logs that detail preventive work performed.
  • Clean and paint equipment and surrounding areas relating to equipment and equipment rooms.

This is a highly responsible position that supports the health, safety and welfare of Tribal members and the public. The incumbent in this position is responsible for managing the regulation and inspection of building construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing installations and directing compliance and enforcement of all related federal, state and local ordinances of the Seminole Tribe of Florida (STOF). Work involves technical review of all types of construction drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with applicable codes and ordinances. The incumbent provides general oversight, management, and leadership to building inspectors, plans examiners, and permit technicians as required and is responsible for the issuance of all permits and Certificates of Occupancy in accordance with the Florida Building Code and Tribal administrative policy. The person is also responsible for the administration of the Tribe’s elevator and commercial structure annual inspections programs.


The individual works closely with the Director of the Tribal Inspector’s Department to support all departmental programs and initiatives, including but not limited to the development of the departmental budget and strategic plans, development of building inspections processes and programs, evaluation and improvement of service delivery systems, and administration of the Tribe’s Unsafe Structures Ordinance Program. The incumbent may attend Tribal Council meetings or other community meetings and works with all necessary stakeholders to resolve complaints, address concerns, or solve problems as needed. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Building Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field is required. Master’s degree is preferred. A minimum of ten (10) years of experience as an Architect, Engineer, Building Inspector, Build Code Administrator, or Construction Superintendent with at least five (5) years being in a supervisory capacity is required; or, any equivalent combination of education, experience and training will be considered.


Prior experience with EnerGov software system is preferred. Possession and maintenance of a Building Code Administrator certification by the Florida Building Code Administrators and Inspector’s Board is required. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License is required. Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills including the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas in English both orally and in writing.
