Position Overview

Lead the creative direction of women's denim for two globally recognized brands — Scotch & Soda and Off-White. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Denim Designer to drive seasonal denim collections with a strong point of view, technical expertise, and commercial acumen.

Reporting to the Design Director, you will own the denim category from concept through production, shaping silhouettes, washes, fabric development, and overall category strategy. This role requires deep knowledge of denim construction, fit, and wash development, as well as the ability to translate global trend insight into commercially successful product.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with Technical Design, Product Development, Sourcing, and global wash houses to ensure elevated execution and brand alignment across international markets. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of seasonal women's denim collections, including bottoms, jackets, and denim-driven fashion pieces.
  • Establish seasonal denim direction across silhouette, proportion, fabrication, and wash, ensuring alignment with each brand's distinct aesthetic.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Church Brothers Farms is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our foodservice and broadline sales strategy for fresh leafy greens and value-added vegetable programs. Based in the Salinas Valley, this role is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening distributor partnerships, and expanding market share across regional and national broadline foodservice channels.

 

The ideal candidate understands the dynamics of a vertically integrated grower-shipper and will collaborate closely with harvesting, procurement, operations, food safety, and marketing teams to align sales execution with production realities and company goals.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute national and regional sales strategies for leafy greens and value-added vegetable programs within broadline and foodservice channels
  • Build and strengthen relationships with major broadline distributors, foodservice operators and institutional accounts
  • Drive volume growth and margin improvement through effective forecasting, pricing strategy, and performance reporting
  • Negotiate pricing, annual programs, and service agreements that balance customer expectations with supply chain realities
  • Partner cross-functionally with harvesting, procurement, operations, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between field production/processing and customer commitments
  • Represent Church Brothers Farms at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events to strengthen brand positioning and category presence

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 8 years of foodservice sales experience, ideally within fresh produce or other perishable categories
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field preferred
  • Demonstrated success managing distributor relationships and growing broadline or institutional business
  • Strong understanding of leafy greens and/or value-added vegetable supply dynamics and seasonality

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.

· 15+ years of progressive wholesale sales experience within women’s apparel manufacturing.

· Proven track record of success managing large retail accounts—preferably in the off-price denim category.

· Strong merchandising acumen and ability to interpret sales data into actionable strategies.

· Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Extena and QlikSense strongly preferred.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Seeking a talented and dynamic Senior Account Executive to grow our wholesale business across all tiers of distribution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :


  • Maintain existing and develop strong strategic customer relationships in building successful long term businesses
