Job Overview
Bloom is seeking an Affiliate Manager, TikTok Shop to help scale one of our fastest-growing marketing channels. This role will own day-to-day execution and optimization of our TikTok Shop affiliate ecosystem driving creator activation, content velocity, and performance growth across our product portfolio.
You will operate at the intersection of creator partnerships, performance marketing, and social commerce, working closely with paid media, creative, operations, and external partners to turn creator content into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
Affiliate & Creator Growth
- Source, recruit, and onboard TikTok creators into Bloom’s affiliate ecosystem at scale

About the Role
You'll lead a team of backend engineers responsible for building and maintaining the APIs and services that fuel Dollar General's customer-facing web and mobile experiences. You'll be a hands-on technical leader — setting the engineering bar, driving architecture decisions, and working closely with product and engineering stakeholders to deliver solutions that are built to scale, easy to maintain, and resilient under real-world load.

About the Role
The Meta Strategist will own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of GLD’s paid social advertising across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
