About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be a technologically savvy account executive with at least 6 years of selling to medium/large companies and have proven ability to execute software sales focused on enterprise, data products, analytics, and/or data science software products.
This role reports to the VP of Sales and compensation may land between $240,000-$280,000, depending on-target earnings.
What You’ll be Doing:
- Own the entire sales process from beginning to end, building pipeline, qualifying and following up with leads, developing and delivering pitches, helping with contracts and pricing, and closing deals directly.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our technological product
- Focus primarily on hunting for new business by identifying and engaging prospective clients, building relationships, and closing new logo deals to drive revenue growth.

What You Should Have for the Role:
- 6+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales in a growing start-up environment - A must.
- Proven success in lead generation, prospecting, pipeline generation, negotiation, and closing complex sales cycles
- A technical background or strong technical curiosity, especially familiarity with AI, ML, or data platforms.
- Experience with managing prospects POC and continue the sales cycle until closure

Our client, a Fortune 500 retail organization with a nationwide distribution network, is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to support large-scale construction and facilities engineering procurement initiatives across their supply chain network.
This role plays a key part in sourcing industrial construction materials, equipment, and services for new facility builds, expansions, and ongoing engineering initiatives. The individual will partner closely with engineering, property development, legal, finance, and operations teams to design sourcing strategies that deliver cost efficiency, risk mitigation, and supplier performance improvements.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in construction procurement, contract negotiation, and cost modeling, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive complex sourcing projects from concept through execution.
Projects You’ll Work On
- Leading end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives for industrial construction and facilities engineering categories.
- Developing sourcing strategies for categories such as steel structures, concrete, MEP systems, material handling equipment, racking systems, conveyors, and site services.
- Managing the full sourcing lifecycle including market research, supplier identification, RFP development, bid management, negotiations, and contract execution.

The Senior Estimator responsible for preparing budgets, estimates and pre- bid packages for construction projects to be built for clients under the CM at Risk guaranteed maximum pricing structure.

Summary:
The Counter Sales Representative is a resource for immediate service and product knowledge for our customers. Provides excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their purchases and efficient processing of their orders. Works closely with the branch team to assist in receiving, shipping, and stocking.
What You'll Do:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their purchases and processing of their orders or returns
- Assist in driving electrical distribution sales for our counter business and developing new and existing customer relationships
- Assist with daily restocking, showroom maintenance, and keeping showroom and counter clean and organized
- Assist with warehouse functions as needed, including receiving, shipping, stocking, and deliveries
- Stay informed and educated on product knowledge
- Assist inside sales as needed
- Inform manager of any potentially hazard or elevated situation pertaining to safety or the satisfaction of a customer
- Perform other duties as assigned

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
LISTING FIELD LOGISTICS
- Install and remove lockboxes at listings
- Pick up and deliver keys between office, agents, and vendors
- Install and remove yard signs and directional signs
- Deliver and set out brochures and property materials
- Check listing readiness before milestones (photos, staging, showings)
- Verify property access for vendors and inspectors
- Coordinate on-site logistics with the remote operations team
VENDOR & PROPERTY COORDINATION (ON-SITE)
- Meet painters, stagers, cleaners, photographers, and contractors at properties
- Provide access and confirm work scope
- Take photos or notes of progress and report back to team
- Confirm vendor completion and readiness
- Pick up or return materials related to listing prep
- Support staging install and removal logistics
