Job Description:

* Supervise employees making sure they are performing all the job duties implemented by management.

* Coaching employees by giving them constructive feedback to help perform certain tasks.

* Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.

* Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.

* Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash levels (including employees being supervised).

* Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash etc.).

* Ensure the 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes.

* Responsible for all cash processes which includes deposit preparation, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.

* Always replenishes products to ensure in-stock conditions.

* Address inquiries and complaints from guests.

* Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.

Additional Job Description:

* Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends and or holidays.

* Must be efficient and organized.

* Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for position.

* Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.

* Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is outlined above. Become the Case Manager you always wanted to be

  • Work with interdisciplinary team, guiding treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to establish tentative discharge plan and contingency plans.
  • Participate in planning for and the execution of patient discharge experience.
  • Monitor patient experience: quality/timeliness/service appropriateness/payors/expectations.
  • Facilitate team conferences weekly and coordinate all treatment plan modifications.
  • Complete case management addendums and all required documentation.
  • Maintain knowledge of regulations/standards, company policies/procedures, and department operations.
  • Review/analyze case management reports, including Key Care Indicators, and plan appropriate actions.
  • Understand commercial contract levels, exclusions, payor requirements, and recertification needs.
  • Attend Acute Care Transfer (ACT) meetings to identify trends and collaboratively reduce ACTs.
  • Meet with patient/family per Patient Arrival and Initial Visit Standard within 24 hrs. of admission.
  • Perform assessment of goals and complete case management addendum within 48 hours of admission.
  • Educate patient/family on rehabilitation and Case Manager role; establish communication plan.
  • Schedule and facilitate family conferences as needed.
  • Assist patient with timely procuring/planning of resources to avoid discharge delays or issues.
  • Monitor compliance with regulations for orthotics and prosthetics ordering and payment.
  • Make appropriate/timely referrals, including documentation to post discharge providers/physician
  • Ensure accuracy of discharge and payor-related information in the patient record
  • Participate in utilization review process: data collection, trend review, and resolution actions.
  • Participate in case management on-call schedule as needed.

Qualifications

  • Licenseor Certification:
    • Must be qualified to independently complete an assessment within the scope of practice of his/her discipline (for example, RN, SW, OT, PT, ST, and Rehabilitation Counseling).
    • If licensure is required for one's discipline within the state, individual must hold an active license.
    • Must meet eligibility requirements for CCM® or ACM™ certification upon entry into this position OR within two years of entry into the position.
    • CCM® or ACM™ certification required OR must be obtained within two years of being placed in the Case Manager II position.
  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • For Nursing, must possess minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing, RN licensure with BSN preferred. A diploma is acceptable only in those states whose minimum requirement for licensure or certification is a diploma rather than an associate degree.
    • For all other eligible licensed or certified health care professionals, must possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree and graduate degree is preferred.
    • 2 years of rehabilitation experience preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Pipe Welder will participate in the installation or maintenance and inspection of HVAC, Utility and Process piping systems.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Regular attendance at assigned location; may include the A/Z fabrication facility or other project sites;
  • Works on systems that include Heating Hot Water, Chilled Water, Steam, Condensate, Compressed Air, Process Fluids, Chemical, Fuel Oil, Gasses, and other related systems;
  • Works with materials that include carbon steel, stainless steel, plastics, fiberglass, copper, (brazed, soft soldered and pro-press);
  • Clamp, hold, tack-weld, heat-bend, grind or bolt component parts to obtain required configurations and positions for welding.
  • Remove rough spots from work pieces, using portable grinders, hand files, or scrapers.
  • Chip or grind off excess weld, slag, or spatter, using hand scrapers or power chippers, portable grinders, or arc-cutting equipment.
  • Weld pipe and components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions using open root butt weld, socket weld and/or fillet weld.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments, using processes such as gas tungsten arc, gas metal arc, flux-cored arc, plasma arc, shielded metal arc, resistance welding, and submerged arc welding.
  • Recognize, set up, and operate hand and power tools common to the welding trade, such as shielded metal arc and gas metal arc welding equipment.
  • Ignite torches or start power supplies and strike arcs by touching electrodes to metals being welded, completing electrical circuits.
  • Examine work pieces for defects and measures work pieces with straightedges or templates to ensure conformance with specifications.
  • Prepare all material surfaces to be welded, ensuring that there is no loose or thick scale, slag, rust, moisture, grease, or other foreignmatter.
  • Monitor the fitting, burning, and welding processes to avoid overheating of parts or warping, shrinking, distortion, or expansion of material.
  • Select and install torches, torch tips, filler rods, and flux, according to welding chart specifications or types and thicknesses of metals.
  • Fill holes, and increase the size of metal parts.
  • Detect faulty operation of equipment or defective materials and notify supervisors.
  • Determine required equipment and welding methods, applying knowledge of metallurgy, geometry, and welding techniques.
  • Connect and turn regulator valves to activate and adjust gas flow and pressure so that desired flames are obtained.
  • Lay out, position, align, and secure parts and assemblies prior to assembly, using straightedges, combination squares, calipers, and rulers.
  • Repair products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling parts, using cutting torches, straightening presses, and hand tools.
  • Clean or degrease parts, using wire brushes, portable grinders, or chemical baths.
  • Mark or tag material with proper job number, piece marks, and other identifying marks as required.
  • Position and secure work pieces, using hoists, cranes, wire, and banding machines or hand tools.
  • Analyze engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, sketches, work orders, and material safety data sheets to plan layout, assembly, and welding operations.
  • Dismantle metal assemblies or cut scrap metal, using thermal-cutting equipment such as flame-cutting torches or plasma-arc equipment.
  • Preheat work pieces prior to welding or bending, using torches or heating furnaces.
  • Hammer out bulges or bends in metal work pieces.
  • Develop templates and models for welding projects, using mathematical calculations based on blueprint information.
  • Check grooves, angles, or gap allowances, using micrometers, calipers, and precision measuring instruments.
  • Cut, contour, and bevel metal plates and structural shapes to dimensions as specified by blueprints, layouts, work orders, and templates, using powered saws, hand shears, or chipping knives.
  • Estimate consumable materials needed for production and manufacturing and maintain required stocks of materials.
  • Set up and use ladders and scaffolding as necessary to complete work.
  • Use fire suppression methods in industrial emergencies.

What You’ll Do:

As a key member of our Danbury sales team, you’ll take full ownership of building and managing a book of business. You’ll focus on bringing in new clients while maintaining long-term relationships with existing accounts. This is a full-cycle sales role where you’ll:

  • Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies
  • Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships
  • Cross-sell and upsell to expand your clients’ reach and ROI
  • Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy

What You’ll Bring:

The Director of Supply Chain is responsible for the strategic leadership, design, and execution of the end‑to‑end supply chain function, ensuring reliable delivery, optimal cost, controlled inventory, and strong supplier performance in support of business and customer requirements. This role is hands on, providing full-scale direction at our U.S. facilities across planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing, and supplier management, translating business strategy into scalable supply‑chain capabilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute the supply‑chain strategy aligned to business growth, operational excellence, and customer commitments.
  • Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and influence at senior leadership level.
  • Provide extensive leadership experience in the end‑to‑end supply‑chain management within a manufacturing or regulated environment.
  • Translate corporate objectives into measurable supply‑chain goals, KPIs, and execution plans.
  • Lead long‑range planning for capacity, sourcing, inventory, and logistics to support current and future demand.
  • Cross-function collaboration with S&OP, planning (demand & production), quality, and finance teams.
  • Establish policies for inventory optimization, safety stock, and working‑capital management.
  • Ensure alignment between forecasts, production schedules, and supplier commitments.
  • Drive improvements in MRP effectiveness, data accuracy, and planning discipline.
  • Implement & maintain Kanban material management for our key customers ensuring production readiness.

Procurement & Supplier Management

  • Lead sourcing and procurement strategies across direct and indirect materials.
  • Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships, including performance reviews, risk assessments, and escalation management.
  • Drive cost‑reduction initiatives while maintaining quality, delivery, and compliance.
  • Issue and manage purchase orders in line with our MRP system, tracking their delivery performance and resolving supply issues.
  • Support business continuity through dual‑sourcing, supplier development, and risk‑mitigation planning.
  • Where needed, working with global import and exports to ensure we receive our materials In-Time and In-Full.
  • Lead sourcing and negotiation efforts for all materials, including critical or high‑value materials, components, and services.
  • Supporting business continuity by evaluating alternative suppliers, assessing supply risk, and contributing to mitigation plans when disruptions occur.

Logistics & Warehousing

  • Strong background in planning systems (MRP/ERP), supplier management, inventory control, and logistics.
  • Provide oversight of warehouse operations, logistics, shipping, receiving, and distribution activities.
  • Ensure efficient material handling, storage optimization, and on‑time customer shipments.
  • Champion safe working practices and compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Support site layout, material‑flow design, and logistics network optimization.
  • Understanding of global import and export requirements, possessing the ability to communicate with the relevant authorities to ensure delivery.

Performance Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Establish and review supply‑chain KPIs covering delivery, inventory, cost, quality, and service.
  • Demonstrated success in driving cost, service, and working‑capital improvements.
  • Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives using lean, Six Sigma, or structured problem‑solving methodologies.
  • Drive standardization of processes, metrics, and governance across sites or regions.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, data‑driven decision‑making, and operational excellence.
  • Lead or support initiatives to improve procurements processes, while strengthening compliance, support cost-reduction and efficiency initiatives.

People Leadership

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICATIONS, and TRAININGS

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, operations, business, or related field. Master’s degree a plus.
  • Excellent ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of key account management.
  • Well-developed literacy, numeracy, and computer skills with a technical aptitude.
  • Must have a strong background for sourcing new suppliers.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • This position requires up to 10% of travel.

COMPUTER AND SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience with Epicor a plus.
  • Microsoft: Office 365; SharePoint; Teams; Visio; and OneNote preferred.
  • Working knowledge of UKG-UltiPro and Workday a plus.
  • Ability to operate media equipment such as tablets, smartphones, and other electronic equipment.
  • Ability to work with general office equipment.
  • Ability to work with and understand databases a must and the ability to learn technical skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Shall have essential physical skills; be able to run, squat, stoop/bend, kneel, climb stairs, be able to lift at least 50 pounds (or ¼ own body weight).
