We are looking for a Stock Supervisor to join our South Coast Plaza team, opening end of June 2026.
Job Purpose: Achieve daily business objectives by supporting all shipping and receiving, overseeing inventory, monitoring store supplies, and maintaining back stock effectively. The Stock Supervisor is also responsible for supporting the sales floor as needed. Reporting directly to the store manager.
Stockroom Operations:
- Supervise stock associates and ensure proper training on all company policies and procedures.
- Make recommendations to Store Manager as necessary to improve store processes.
- Provide feedback to the Store Manager on stock associate performance issues.
- Maintain all merchandise in the stockroom by category and ensure that it is labeled appropriately for quick location.
- Ensure a high level of organization and cleanliness in all areas of the stockroom, including store supplies and fixtures.
- Manage store supply inventory and create supply orders monthly. Communicate maintenance issues to management in a timely manner.
Inventory Management:
- Process shipment receipts quickly and accurately. Verify units received; unpack and process merchandise as appropriate (e.g., hang, fold, or stack).
- Process all store-to-store transfers, RA's, and damage/defective transfers efficiently. Confirm all transferred items are accurate and ticketed correctly and in good condition.
- Maintain accurate Inventory Control records according to company policy and procedures. Participate in quarterly inventory process.
- Communicate inventory issues to management as soon as they arise.
- Maintain 2% or less annual shrink results
- Organize and conduct weekly cycle counts
Daily Operations and Customer Service:
- Provide a courteous experience for all customers while on the selling floor.
- Be knowledgeable about inventory levels in the stockroom; conduct customer merchandise checks and refill the floor as needed.
- Prepare web orders and other charge send packages for shipment appropriately.
- Maintain accurate UPS records.
- Assist with housekeeping and other store operations duties as assigned by management
- Maintain organization, safety, cleanliness and standards of both front and back of house
- Check merchandise and supply deliveries for accuracy prior to receiving in Netsuite, verifying that quantities match packing lists, TO’s etc.
- Ensure damages/store repairs are processed accurately and at a minimum of once a month
- Monitor store supply levels and place bi-weekly/monthly orders
- Prep new product for the sales floor, and backstock according to policy and procedure
- Analyze inventory levels to request bi-weekly allocation/inventory transfers
- Maintain ongoing communication with the store team regarding new arrivals, stock availability, and quality control issues
- Ensure damages/store repairs are processed accurately and at a minimum of once a month
- Support the sales floor team on replenishment and recovery during peak business hours
- Partner with store manager to identify repair and maintenance needs in the store
- Assist with online returns and client repairs

Role Overview

COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator). Must be able to make correct monetary change. TEMPERAMENTS: The ability to direct activities, perform repetetives tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet estrct quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
STANDING: Most task are performed from a standing position. Walking surfaces include ceramic tile \"Bricks\" with linoleum in some food process areas. Height of work surfaces is generally between 36\" and 48\".
WALKING: Walking is generally in short distances for short durations.
SITING: Paperwork is normally completed in an office at a desk or table.
LIFTING: Bulk Products deliveries are made two times a week or more and are unloaded by the team member using a hand truck. Deliveries may include cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 60 pounds with dimensions up to 3' X 1.5'. Cases are ussualy lifted from the floor and stacked on to shelves up to 72\" high.
CARRYING: Large cans, weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, are carried from the workstation to storage shelves. Occasionally, pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds is carried from the storage room to the front of the store. Trays of the pizza dough are carried three at a time over short distances, and weigh approximately 12 pounds per tray.
PUSHING: Pushing is performed to move trays which are placed in dollies. A stack of trays on a dolly is approximately 24\" - 30\" and requires a 7.5 pounds to push. Trays may also be pulled.
CLIMBING: Team Members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance.
STOOPING/BENDING: Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station. Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their kneeswhile standing at the station. Duration of this position is approximately 30-45 seconds at one time, repeated continuoslsy during the day. Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stacking ingredients.
CROUCHING/SQUATTING: Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas.
REACHING: Reaching is performed continuosly; up, down and forward. Workers reach above 72\" occasionaly to turn on'off oven controls, change prices on sign, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves. Workers reaching down to perform such tasks as scooping cornmeal from plastic barrel, or washing dishes. Workers reach forward when obtaining topping ingredients, cleaning work surfaces, or answering phones.
HAND TASKS: Eye-hand coordination is essential. Use of hands is continuous during the day. Frequently activities requiere use of one or both hands. Shaping pizza dough requires frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrist. Workers must manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven, and when using rolling cutter. Frequent and/or forceful pinching is required in the assembly of cardborad pizza boxes. Team members must be able to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and the pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
MACHINES, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, WORK AIDS: Team members may be required to utilize pencil/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel.
JOB DUTIES: Deliver product by car and thhen to door of customer. Deliver flyers and doorhangers or any marketing materials.
REQUIERES: Valid Driver License with safe driving recor meeting company standards. Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS: Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area. Must navigate adverse terrain including multy-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: CARRYING: During delivery, carry pizzas, sides and beverages while performing \"walking\" and \"climbing\" duties. DRIVING: Deliver company products within a designated delivery area. A team member may make several deliveries per shift. WWALKING: Delivery personnel must travel the store and delivery vehicle and from delivery vehicle to customer's location and back. CLIMBING: During delivery of product, navigation of five or more flights of stairs may be required.
WORK CONDITIONS: EXPOSURE TO: Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product, driving and couponing. SENSING: Far vision and night vision for driving.

Position Summary: We are seeking a dependable, experienced Delivery Driver to become a vital part of our delivery team. Physical strength and stamina, as well as a clean driving record, are needed. Delivery Drivers must be organized, efficient and professional at all times while ensuring deliveries are made accurately and on time.
What you'll do:
- Ensure inventory stock matches delivery requirements.
- Follow set, scheduled route for daily deliveries.
- Read maps or set GPS to determine and track daily route.
- Ensure products are delivered in a timely manner.
- Load and organize product inventory from warehouse into your vehicle and unload products in and out of truck as needed throughout the day.
- Make sure inventory matches manifest (accompanying shipping document).
- Scan or write in confirmation of delivery upon arrival to recipient client.
- Collect signature and/or payments at delivery locales.
- Deliver goods to specific locations determined by clients.
- Check in with warehouse on delivery progress as needed.
- Maintain and organize all delivery paperwork and deliver it to the proper personnel at the end of each shift.
- Report any accidents or vehicle issues encountered while enroute, to supervisors.
- Always follow rules and regulations of the road.
- Follow all company and state enforced safety requirements for loading and unloading product.
About you:
- Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent certification.
- Have a valid commercial driver's license.
- Must have a clean driving record with no moving violations.
- Must Pass a DOT physical
- Proficient at driving and parking large vehicles.
- Physically fit and strong, able to lift 25 pounds comfortably.
- Experience using hand trucks, pallet jacks and forklifts a plus.
- Professional and pleasant disposition, able to give all clients a positive customer service experience.
- Candidate should be dependable, hardworking and an effective communicator.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills required.

Maintains and repairs facility equipment and building infrastructure.
Primary Responsibilities Maintain building and site infrastructure by performing and adhere to a routine preventive maintenance inspection program Performs general facility work such as housekeeping, stocking, plumbing, ceiling and floor tile replacement, changing lightbulbs, etc.
Maintains hazardous materials and waste storage area.
Dispenses chemicals and sorts and manages waste including scrap and equipment disposal.
Helps relocate equipment/assets and installs and/or relocated necessary cables/wiring.
Manage contractors and subcontractors, such as janitorial, food vendors, landscaping, pest control, as required.
