About the Role:

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is a key role within the Sales organization responsible for providing direct impact on revenue retention by owning the post-sales customer experience, driving adoption and value realization for our subscription and open access research customers. Ultimately, the CSM represents the customers' interests in realizing value from Wiley's digital research solutions. The CSM will focus on key accounts for which they will be responsible for leveraging data around customer health to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer outcomes, client satisfaction and overall revenue growth. The CSM will also partner closely with Sales to help them achieve their revenue targets and identify future growth opportunities. Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for helping customers succeed, combined with an affinity for metrics and analytics, are key to success in this role. This is a great opportunity for someone who understands open access research policies, and has ideally leveraged CSM tools, like Sales Force and Gainsight.

How you will make an impact:

  • Establish strong relationships with assigned customers, serving as their dedicated point of contact for all post adoption requests and challenges.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to ensure the customer receives maximum value from their investment.
  • Consult with clients to define goals and the key metrics/KPIs used to evaluate their progress towards achieving those goals.
  • Collaboratively work with sales partners to achieve revenue targets via strong customer satisfaction scores and retention rates.

  • 3+ years' experience as a Customer Success or Sales Account Manager. Preferably in research, publishing and/or higher education.

  • Proactively prepare daily schedules and ensure Susana has everything she needs for the day ahead.

2. Client Communication & CRM Management

  • Serve as the first point of contact for new leads generated from the website and "Get in Touch" forms.
  • Maintain the client database (CRM), ensuring all interactions are logged and follow-ups are scheduled.
  • Help nurture the "family" vibe by coordinating client appreciation touches (birthday cards, anniversary reminders, etc.) to maintain the team's 5-star reputation.

3. Transaction Coordination Support

  • Assist with the flow of paperwork from contract to close, ensuring deadlines are met for listings (like 435 Leighann Ridge Lane or 68 Radcliffe Court).
  • Liaise with lenders, title companies, and other agents to gather necessary documents.
  • Ensure compliance with Flex Realty and MLS guidelines.

4. Marketing & Listing Support

  • Assist in preparing new listings for market, ensuring they are entered accurately into the MLS and on platforms like  .
  • Coordinate with the marketing team (or handle) the creation of social media content celebrating new listings, pending sales, and glowing Google reviews.
  • Track and report on market stats and client reviews.

5. Operational Efficiency

  • Manage email inbox, flagging urgent matters and drafting responses.
  • Research local vendors (inspectors, photographers, contractors) for client referrals.
  • Assist with travel planning for continuing education or industry events.

  • Leads FG and FF&P planning, ensuring alignment with business rules, demand priorities, and constraints. Manages dependent requirements from FG to FF&P and generates netted AI demand signals. Completes constrained FF&P plans

The Maintenance Technician reports to the Maintenance Department Manager, and has responsibility for troubleshooting Malfunctioning equipment, Repairing Equipment Breakdowns, and general maintenance.

Maintenance Technicians will support production equipment and flow to the highest priority while collaborating across department boundaries, participating in team-based activities, and ensure compliance with all plant procedures, policies, and standards.

Work Expectations: The Maintenance Technician will: Practice safe work habits daily and ensure all safety processes are followed.

Complies with company policy regarding cGMP and GDP Plans, initiates and completes job assignments in a prompt and timely manner.

Maintain proper tools in good working condition and keep work areas clean.

Maintain mechanical and electrical knowledge via in-going training, industry workshops, and technical reading.

Assist with developing training documentation and participate in the training of new maintenance team members.

Lubricate machines, machine parts, or other equipment according to specified procedures.

Keeps assigned work areas safe, clean and orderly Identify faulty equipment through observation during line monitoring and SAP based PM program.

Utilize shop equipment, measurement and other diagnostic tools, and power and hand tools to assess the condition of new and used equipment.

Prepare daily maintenance reports using activity logs, analysis, and trends.

Provide mechanical support for capital and internal projects.

This includes documentation, job scopes, managing contractors, and participating in meetings.

Drive Forklift and shop mobile equipment as needed.
