The Senior Preconstruction Manager leads the development and management of project estimates to prepare budget proposals and/or bids for assigned projects. The position is responsible for developing all levels of estimates, including early design phase estimates through final design/GMP estimates. Job Purpose

About the Role
We're seeking avibrant and driven Business Development Associateto join our Inside Sales team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in generating new business opportunities by scheduling product demonstrations, initiating outreach, and supporting our Sales team focused on Health Plan clients. Press Ganey offers a comprehensive suite of Health Plan tools to include Voice of Customer, Regulatory, Stars & regulatory performance improvement, Provider & Network performance, and Clinical quality.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Prospecting:Research and qualify leads, initiate outreach, and build meaningful engagement with healthcare organizations.
Lead Conversion:Overcome objections and secure meetings for Sales Executives using targeted messaging and follow-up.
Outreach Execution:Leverage email and call campaigns to engage marketing-generated leads and drive interest.
Pipeline Development:Collaborate with Sales Executives to move opportunities forward and sharpen your sales acumen.
CRM Management:Maintain accurate records in Salesforce to ensure clean data and effective tracking.
Performance Goals:Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline contribution.
Qualifications

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $54,000 - $70,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. What You'll DoDrive growth through strategic sales:
- Execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn to build and maintain a robust 34X sales pipeline.
- Convert inbound leads through consultative discovery and value-based selling.
- Collaborate closely with sales engineering, product management, and implementation teams to ensure client success. This role is based out of our Alpharetta/Vegas offices and requires onsite presence.
Build lasting relationships:
- Engage with key stakeholders across hotels and restaurants to understand their strategic objectives.
- Provide competitive intelligence and actionable customer feedback to influence product development.
- Partner with marketing to refine messaging, improve campaigns, and generate qualified opportunities.
Essential experience:
- Minimum 3 years of software sales experience with a proven record of consistently exceeding quota, ideally within the hospitality sector.
- Proven expertise in outbound prospecting and closing net-new business.
- Skilled in consultative, value-based selling approaches.
- Technical proficiency to confidently deliver product demonstrations.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
Bonus qualifications:
- Experience in the hospitality industry (restaurants, hotels, or resorts).
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
- Familiarity with ConnectAndSell or similar outbound sales acceleration tools.
