The Provider Support Coordinator (PSC) is entrusted with delivering exceptional service to Independent Practice Associations (IPAs), Medical Groups, Management Services Organizations (MSOs), providers, hospitals, and ancillary network providers. Your Impact and Core Responsibilities

· Relationship Management: Foster strong, collaborative relationships with contracted Providers to ensure seamless communication and partnership.

· Issue Resolution: Coordinate between Providers and internal teams to quickly resolve questions about eligibility, benefits, contracts, claims, and referrals via phone, voicemail, and email.

· Data Accuracy: Conduct outreach to verify Provider information, ensuring the accuracy of the provider directory and compliance with regulatory requirements.

· Portal Support & Training: Assist Providers with portal account setup and deliver virtual training to enhance their ability to navigate and utilize the system efficiently.

· Credentialing Support: Partner with the Credentialing team to collect necessary documentation from Providers, supporting timely onboarding and compliance.

· Quality Improvement Collaboration: Support HEDIS and RAF initiatives by obtaining medical records, contributing to the organization’s quality performance metrics.

· Provider Education: Coordinate and facilitate Provider meetings focused on education and initiatives such as annual wellness exams.

· Policy Adherence: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of departmental policies, procedures, and programs to ensure consistent and compliant operations.

SUMMARY: The Contract Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Contracting and Legal Department for the coordination and review of all contracts. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

  • Manage and maintain Astiva’s contracts, including all day-to-day data entry, permissions/access and reporting, in an efficient, accurate and exceptionally organized manner.
  • Review a wide range of commercial contracts and distill key pieces of data (e.g., expiration date and type, restrictive provisions, and assignability).
  • Understand the contracting process, policies and procedures, requirements, fee schedule, including contracting support for ancillary services contracts, contract implementation and other duties as required.
  • Manage reporting process for communicating and tracking contract expirations/renewals and additional reporting obligations to all areas of the business.
  • Serve as liaison between the Contracting/Legal Department and other departments including, fielding and responding to various requests from the business and external parties.
  • Manage electronic signature processes and contract workflows for the Contracting/Legal Department.
  • Assist in developing the direct network of providers.
  • Make recommendations to department leadership for improvement of any and all procedures and systems at Astiva Health.

a union company and industry leader in tree maintenance, is hiring Payroll Clerk to work at the corporate office in Anaheim.

Provide general assistance to West Coast Arborists by coordinating the payroll functions with emphasis in quality control.

WORK HOURS 8:00 a.m.

to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

SALARY RANGE Salary range is $22.75- $27.50 per hour DOE.

REGULAR JOB DUTIES
- All duties must provide excellent customers service, communication skills while maintaining confidentiality.

Payroll/Data Entry: Review and edit requested payroll records using internal software program.

Input time records weekly and as requested.

Problem solves any discrepancies while maintaining accuracy and quality control.

Payroll Clerical: Weekly payroll preparation and distribution.

Address payroll related inquires and resolve discrepancies.

Address requests from employees related to payroll.

Administrative: Enter, update, and review employee information as requested/needed using internal software program, while maintaining confidentiality.

Filing/Scanning: Maintain, organize, and update employee filing systems, including master files.

Scan payroll and personnel documents and save to internal digital file system.

Coordinator with other clerical duties and various administrative tasks as directed/necessary.

Copying/Mailing: Sort weekly payroll checks and prepare for FedEx delivery and/or internal delivery.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Each item should account for 10% or more)

Troubleshoot, diagnose, rebuild, replace and complete all required repairs on diesel equipment (i.e., tractors, trailers, bobtails, reefers, lift gates, etc.).

Perform preventative maintenance within company standards.

Complete documentation of all repair orders, PM list and parts accountability.

Handle road service calls; perform road rescue/transport equipment as needed.

Keep track of assigned repairs by logging in and out of the Shop Fax system.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with workplace safety rules and regulations and government guidelines.

Maintain inventory and proper recordkeeping.

Backup to other maintenance shop personnel.

Willingness and capacity to assume increased responsibility and certifications.

Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Training:
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Related Experience/Requirements:
A valid Class-A CDL license and DOT certification preferred.
Must have (5) years of verifiable hands-on experience as a heavy duty commercial diesel mechanic or reefer mechanic or a combination of both; or (3) years verifiable hands-on experience with either Diesel Mechanic Certification or TK/Carrier Refrigeration Certification or both.
Diagnostic and troubleshooting competency relating to equipment repairs.
Successfully demonstrated independent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in administering appropriate PM program.
Must furnish own personal hand tools.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Ability to comply with EPA and OSHA regulations as pertaining to the shop and fleet.
Ability to read and understand technical and service manuals.
Excellent communication skills; able to communicate with co-workers and drivers with demonstrated teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple functions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs.
Computer and software experience.
