What You’ll Do

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Creative Concepting & Graphic Development

• Partner closely with the Creative Director to develop innovative, original concepts that embody the Civil brand identity
• Translate brand philosophy, aesthetic standards, and cultural cues into compelling graphics, artwork, and collections
• Research trends, techniques, materials, and visual directions relevant to Civil’s customer and infuse them into design concepts

Product & Design Collaboration

• Collaborate with the apparel design team to ensure cohesive, seasonally aligned assortments across categories

• Produce and manage line sheets for owned categories, cross-check accuracy in collaboration with the design team prior to handoffs

Education & Experience

• Associates degree in graphic design, fashion design, visual communications, or a related creative field preferred, or equivalent practical experience

Position Overview
