Go2 Logistics is an asset-based trucking company specializing in large format LTL and partial freight. Our carrier sales team plays a critical role in supporting our asset network by securing capacity for out-of-network freight and building strong partnerships with interline partners.
Position Summary
The Carrier Sales Representative is responsible for sourcing and managing carrier capacity to support Go2 Logistics’ asset-based LTL network. This role focuses on selling out of network freight and developing strong relationships with interline carrier partners that help extend our network and maintain service reliability.
The ideal candidate is highly competitive, relationship driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced brokerage environment where daily communication, negotiation, and execution are critical to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure carrier capacity to cover overflow freight from the Go2 Logistics asset network
- Develop and manage relationships with interline carrier partners to support network coverage
- Negotiate rates with carriers while maintaining profitability and service standards
- Coordinate daily with internal operations, dispatch, and customer teams to ensure freight coverage
- Monitor market conditions and adjust carrier strategy accordingly
- Track carrier performance including service, communication, and reliability
- Expand the carrier network by onboarding new carrier partners in key markets
- Resolve service issues quickly while maintaining strong carrier relationships
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in freight brokerage or carrier sales preferred
- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills

Compensation
Target Hiring Pay Range: $115,000 - $135,000 annually

A Brief Overview:
The Clinical Research RN manages research projects and participants within Endeavor Health. This role combines clinical expertise with research acumen in the CRU structure. The ideal candidate brings strong experience supporting CNC-machined components from RFQ through production, collaborating closely with engineering, operations, and suppliers. This role supports a diverse customer base across industries including aerospace, pipe fittings, hydraulics, and hose assemblies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and develop accurate, competitive CNC RFQs and production quotes for complex machined components and assemblies.
- Analyze customer drawings, specifications, and RFQs to determine manufacturing feasibility, machining strategy, and cost drivers.
- Translate customer requirements into manufacturable CNC solutions, considering tolerances, materials, cycle times, and production methods.
- Collaborate with engineering, CNC programmers, machinists, and production teams to optimize designs for manufacturability, quality, and cost.
- Support CNC production planning by validating routings, estimating run times, tooling needs, and labor requirements.
- Lead product definition, requirements gathering, and business case development for new and existing products.
- Coordinate prototype builds, first articles, testing, and validation to support customer and internal approvals.
- Partner with sourcing and supply chain teams to support supplier evaluation, CNC sourcing decisions, and cost‑reduction initiatives.
- Monitor product performance, quality metrics, and production feedback, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams and external partners related to CNC processes and quoting assumptions.
- Track and report key performance indicators including revenue, margin, quoting accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Significant hands-on experience in a CNC machine shop environment.
- Proven experience with CNC RFQs, CNC quoting, and supporting CNC production in a precision manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of CNC machining processes (turning, milling, multi-axis preferred), materials, tolerances, and GD&T/blueprint reading.
- Demonstrated experience estimating cycle times, labor, tooling, and overhead for CNC-machined components.
- Experience working closely with CNC programmers, machinists, and production teams.
- Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and experience navigating ERP/MRP systems.
- Industry experience in aerospace, pipe fittings, hydraulics, hoses, or similar precision manufacturing sectors.
- Strong problem-solving skills, assertiveness, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical and cost concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
Compensation Range: $115,000-$135,000 + 15% Bonus

TheCategory Manager, as part of our Category Management team, plays a strategic role supporting HARIBO of America's growth within your assigned retailer accounts/retail channels. Supporting our Sales organization, the Category Manager will deliver insight led strategies to support our fact-based sales and business development teams. In a customer facing capacity, this role will also attend customer meetings with our sales team while working cross-functionally to maximize category growth and drive competitive advantage for HARIBO.
This is a remote, field-based position that requires nation-wide travel, up to 40% of the time (with overnight stays). The ideal Category Manager will have 5+ years of experience in Category Management, Sales, Sales Strategy, or Commercial Insights roles within the CPG/Consumer Packaged Goods industry with 3+ of these years in a customer facing role with HQ/headquarters calls experience. Additionally, this candidate will also have a Bachelor's Degree, advanced working knowing of syndicated data and shopper data tools such as IRI, Circana, Nielsen, Numerator, SPINS, or other relevant syndicated data tools relevant to the consumer good industry.

- Lead the development of retailer-specific category growth strategies for assigned customers/retailers
