The Property Manager of the North Los Angeles Region is responsible for the overall profit, performance and operations of assigned properties which include The Americana at Brand, 252 South Brand, Masonic Temple, North Masonic, Colorado and Central, and Broadway and Central. This position assumes a key leadership role responsible for providing strategic management direction of the property, overseeing all facets of the operation including but not limited to center merchandising, tenant relations, financial planning, contract management, and community involvement, ensuring operational excellence across all departments and financial performance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Develop an annual business plan and operating/capital budgets to meet property needs and exceed NOI goals.
- Manage property financials including budgeting, reforecasting and accounts payables/receivables, improving net operating income to keep expenses within budget and revenues surpassing budget to exceed stated NOI and free cash flow goals annually.
- Maximize property profitability through tenant sales, financial management, and cost control.
- Oversee capital expense projects within approved budgets and timelines and maintain an accurate five-year and ten-year CAPEX schedule.
- Enhance data collection and analysis across all disciplines and departments; develop systems to quantify the success of existing initiatives and qualifying new endeavors.

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office building needs. Oversee concierge, security, housekeeping, parking, engineering and services to support office tenant convenience, productivity, and overall asset value.

Lead analytics, measurement, and insight generation across retail media and marketplace programs, with a focus on Amazon, Walmart, and Target. This role sits at the intersection of eCommerce, media, and merchandising, translating complex data into actionable strategies for media investment, product content, and assortment decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end analytics for retail media and marketplace performance across Amazon, Walmart, and Target, including paid media and organic visibility.
- Develop dashboards and reporting for key KPIs such as ROAS, TACOS/ACOS, conversion rate, share of voice, new-to-brand, and contribution margin.

Position Overview
As the Hospitality Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new revenue by engaging major hotel brands and hospitality groups across the United States and Canada. THE ROLE:
The Project Manager will be the overall project leader on assigned projects. - Lead the continuous enhancement of warehouse processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Design and document standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure compliance across all warehouse functions.
- Identify automation or system improvement opportunities to support operational excellence.
- Logistics and Supplier Management
- Manage day-to-day coordination with logistics partners and 3PL providers, ensuring adherence to performance standards.
- Evaluate supplier performance and develop strategies for cost efficiency and service quality improvement.
- Participate in vendor selection, bidding, and performance review processes.
- Lean Logistics Planning
- Drive lean logistics initiatives by analyzing current operations and designing optimized solutions for inbound, outbound, and inventory workflows.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions to enhance throughput and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate business needs into actionable logistics strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between internal teams (e.g., procurement, sales, and finance) and warehouse operations to ensure smooth coordination.
- Support leadership in achieving cost, quality, and delivery objectives across the supply chain.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations; experience managing or building overseas warehouses in North America is a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), logistics processes, and operational KPIs.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills with strong problem-solving and cross-departmental coordination abilities.
- Proven track record in cost control, budget management, and process optimization.
- Willingness to travel occasionally based on operational needs.
