  • The role partners closely with U.S. leadership, regional buying and operations teams to validate category plans, optimize SKU strategies, and maintain an efficient, market relevant assortment across warehouses.
  • Review inventory levels, market activity, vendor availability, and promotional plans to forecast demand and recommend accurate order quantities to the replenishment team.
  • Work with the Vendor Promotions team to secure vendor funding and support for promotional programs that drive member value.

  • Degree in Business Administration or similar areas.
  • 5–8 years of experience in global procurement, category management, or buying roles within Optical (frames, lenses), Hearing Aids, Medical Devices, or related healthcare categories.
  • Proven experience managing global suppliers and negotiating high-value contracts.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and quality requirements for medical devices.
  • Demonstrated success in private label development and lifecycle management.
  • Licensed Dispensing Optician certification preferred, though not required.

The Legal Administrative Assistant provides administrative and organizational support to the Legal Department. This role focuses on document management, tracking, coordination, calendaring. And internal process support, with all substantive legal work performed under attorney or senior paralegal supervision.


General Responsibilities

Corporate Administration & Entity Support

• Track annual reports, business licenses, and renewals and flag upcoming deadlines for review by senior legal staff

• Assist with registered agent administration, including logging notices, invoices and correspondence

• Save, label and file corporate documents in accordance with Legal Department naming and filing conventions

The Healthcare Sales Representative, is an outside healthcare sales representative who’s responsible for generating sales leads and membership by nurturing productive relationships with senior citizens, key local community partners and senior-focused businesses to enroll new patients to ChenMed. The Healthcare Sales Representative is the first of three separate tiers as part of the overall Healthcare Sales Representative Success Plan and growth career path at ChenMed.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Begins to nurture, build and cultivate direct-to-seniors and business-to-business partnerships to generate new patient opportunities year-round.

Miami, Florida, world-class plastic surgery practice is seeking a sales superstar for the position of Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) living within 30 minutes of the office for a daily patient care coordinator role with a strong sales background, for a growing medical practice.


This practice is owned by a board certified, well-respected, fellowship trained plastic and reconstructive surgeon, and caters to an elite, but family-focused clientele, where thousands of procedures have been executed with the most natural and impressive results, while maintaining a down-to-Earth family-focused office setting. This practice specializes in facial and body plastic surgery along with non-surgical procedures, including but not limited to dermal fillers, lasers, and more.


The winning candidate must be willing to work in a sleeves-rolled, hands-on fashion, doing "whatever it takes" to help the team grow. There must be a focus on driving sales and results, coupled with a strong desire to implement and sustain organization and efficiency throughout the practice. There is a need for the winning candidate to be comfortable and capable working with a team of tenured front and back office employees.
