Overview
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our largest and highest‑volume distribution branch in Miami. This is a high‑impact leadership role responsible for managing a large, established warehouse team and driving operational excellence in a fast‑paced distribution environment.
This position requires a hands‑on leader with strong people management skills, the ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, and experience operating at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee high‑volume warehouse operations at a flagship distribution location
- Directly manage a team of approximately 45–50 warehouse employees
- Drive accountability, performance, and engagement across multiple shifts
- Identify and resolve operational breakdowns and inefficiencies
- Implement and maintain strong safety, compliance, and process standards
- Partner closely with the Branch Manager on daily operations and staffing
- Communicate regularly with senior leadership (COO, CEO, VP of Sales)
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across inventory, throughput, and labor management
Required Experience
- 10+ years of warehouse or distribution management experience
- Proven experience managing large warehouse teams (40+ employees required)
- Background in high‑volume distribution operations
- Plumbing, PVF, HVAC, or building materials distribution experience strongly preferred
- Experience leading onsite, hands‑on warehouse teams

JOB TITLE: Stock Associate
REPORTS TO: General Manager
Job Purpose:
The Stock Associate is responsible for supporting all operational functions related to merchandise logistics, with a focus on incoming and outgoing shipment processing, allocation, and distribution. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Stock Associate partners with store leadership, to ensure stock levels and replenishment needs align with TOM FORD FASHION standards.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Support inventory management: conduct regular inventory cycle counts in partnership with Store leadership and the Operations Manager to ensure stock levels match system records.
- Handle products with care following sales operations and packaging guidelines.
- Inspect all incoming and outgoing products for quality and presentation standards before sending them out to clients / stores or placing them on the shop floor. Report and manage any damage or discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, orderly and well-labelled stockroom to maximize sales efficiency, pivot merchandise when needed to accommodate stock levels and prevent damage, especially delicate and high end items.
- Partner with the Operations Manager to replenish the selling floor and floor cabinets with the right products in a timely manner, coordinate with sales associates and visual merchandisers to ensure displays are always full and attractive.
- Follow strict procedures to prevent shrinkage and loss, including accurate tracking and secure handling of merchandise. Adhere to company protocols when handling transfers, damages, and returns.
- Respond to products requests in a timely manner, communicating the arrival of transfers to enhance customer service.
- Locate and prepare products for client appointments and special events as needed.

Compensation Overview

POSITION SUMMARY: The Repair Administrator reports to the Manager, Engine Programs and is responsible for repair order processing, collaborating with vendors, and daily/weekly follow-up of open orders as necessary to ensure promises are met/kept. Day will consist of calls, emails, quotes, data entry, and anything else that arises as it relates to Repair Order processing and consistent follow-up. - Producing Repair Orders as directed by Sales/Engine Programs.
- Consistent follow-up of all Open Repair Orders

- Creating bi-weekly repair order reports for distribution.
- Communicate with vendors on open QC escapes and requests for warranty (as required)
- Obtaining Quotes, requesting internal approval(as required)

- Review quotation and negotiate discounts when possible/as instructed.

SKILLSAND EXPERIENCE
- 3 – 5 Years Experience in the Aviation Industry, working in a Repair Organization, with related administrative experience as referenced above.

The Role
The Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates and supporting the preconstruction process from initial concept through to final bid submission.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for ground-up and renovation projects across multiple sectors
- Review project drawings, specifications, and bid documents to understand project scope

- Experience working as an Estimator for a General Contractor
- Experience estimating commercial construction projects
- Exposure to corporate, retail, hospitality, or interior build-outs is highly desirable
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and organizational skills

We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join the team!
General Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Project Manager the monthly review of project pro-forma and identify any revisions/projections that are necessary; Review of General Contractor and Subcontractor change orders and consultant add services and make recommendation to Project Manager
- Coordinate with Project Manager in the creation, maintenance and be overall responsible for schedules for all deliverables required to execute the project, including design, permits and approvals, construction, sales/leasing and marketing activities. Demonstrates ability to foresee schedule impacts as well as opportunities to improve project schedule
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and Executives the overall performance of the Project Design Team from Schematic Design through Contract Administration, including value engineering exercises and reviewing design packages before issued to Team. Ensures that Design Team is performing and adhering to Design Schedule for the Project and responding to RFI’s and Submittals in a timely manner to support the overall Project Schedule
- Coordinate the inspection process with the general contractor, all authorities having jurisdiction as well as all third party consultants hired by the Developer. Manage and monitor progress daily site activity to ensure delivery schedules are met and elevate areas of concern to the Project Manager. Manage overall Tenant/Buyer Coordination; site visits, drawing review, permitting assistance, monitor construction activities, conduct inspections and ensure project completion
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, design team, AHJ’s and internal team members to develop and collect applicable documents in conjunction with obtaining entitlements and required building permits. General understanding of permitting process and continuous updating to project team on the status of open project permits
- Manage the development and maintenance of relationships with neighbors, community constituents, partners, investors, design consultants, government officials, sales associates, buyers, tenants, management companies, contractors, and lenders, etc. as it relates to your current role and for the overall success of the project
- Coordinates and participates in the monthly payment draw request inspections with Lender’s representative, Project Manager and General Contractor. Assists in preparation and review of invoices and pay applications for processing in accordance with loan compliance requirements
- Coordinate sales, leasing, branding and marketing efforts with Project Manager to ensure seamless coordination of the project design and construction. Manage overall Tenant/Buyer Coordination; site visits, drawing review, permitting assistance, monitor construction activities, conduct inspections and ensure project completion
- Coordinates with Resident/Tenant Services Department and General Contractor to Complete all punch list and warranty work in tenant spaces and residential units and also punch list on common areas of property. Coordinates project close-out procedures for all projects in full compliance with contract documents
Work Type: In Office and/ or Project Site in West Palm Beach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, real estate development, architecture or a related field
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of project management and related experience
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle as part of a collaborative team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
