General Manager – Home Services Operations

Full-Time | Exempt

We are seeking a General Manager to lead a high-performing residential home services business within a growth-oriented, institutional-backed platform. This role owns full P&L responsibility and oversees operations, service delivery, sales support, and team leadership.

This is a hands-on operating role with strategic visibility and long-term growth opportunity.

What You’ll Own

• Full brand-level P&L accountability including budgeting, forecasting, and KPI management

• Day-to-day field operations including installation, service, dispatch, scheduling, and warehousing

• Gross margin performance, labor efficiency, and cost controls

• Safety, compliance, and risk management standards

• Leadership development across managers, technicians, and support teams

• Revenue growth initiatives alongside sales and channel partners

• Operational systems, SOP implementation, and performance dashboards

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of progressive leadership in home services, construction, or field-based operations

• Proven experience owning a P&L

• Strong operational and financial acumen

• Experience scaling teams and leading managers

• Track record of driving profitability and operational improvements

• Comfort operating in a growth-oriented environment

Preferred

• Experience in residential trades or field services

• Experience in PE-backed or high-growth platforms

• Familiarity with field service management systems
