This role is an integral part of the team’s sales support function and works closely with leadership while collaborating across multiple departments.Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars and scheduling for senior professionals in Outlook

• Coordinate meetings, conference rooms, security access, and catering

• Maintain and update client and meeting data in Salesforce

• Prepare and distribute meeting materials

• Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and transportation

• Process expense reports through Workday

• Monitor and assist with email coverage as needed

• Support ongoing team and departmental projectsQualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 2–4+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• High attention to detail and professionalism

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
