• Complete daily walkthroughs at store using Workforce Experience app to ensure visual merchandising is kept to the highest standards.

• Submit daily photo postings in Workforce Experience app to show before and after work to be reviewed by Regional Visual Merchandising Manager

• Re-merchandise apparel and footwear setups, window presentations, in-store displays and point of sale area to maximize product sell through.

• Coordinate with Regional Visual Merchandising Manager in determining specific visual needs such as fixtures, lighting, photos, signage, and pricing concepts, point of sale, and execution of critical marketing campaigns.

• Implement the company’s visual merchandising directives throughout the stores, but not limited to specialty concept with specific vendor compliance.

• Communicate with Store Managers and District Managers regarding each store visual merchandising successes and opportunities.

• Must provide daily and concise follow-through on all areas of merchandising via email.

• Must provide in the moment training to motivate and coach store teams about visual merchandising standards and maintenance.

• Lead and support visual merchandising aspects of new store openings/store remodels.

• May act as a lead or point-of-contact upon request from higher-level management.

• Understands merchandise flow standards; backroom organization and how it effects floor set execution, replenishment and recovery and the overall in-store brand experience.

• Partner with the Buying Teamto understand key merchandising strategies and communicate inventory levels or issues.

• Partner with RVMs, RMs and DMs in holding store team accountable for the visual maintenance of the store and assist with executing visual directives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


Answer and triage incoming calls via the ACD line. Capture, review and analyze customer usage reports. Follow up on post-market customer usage and field service reports as necessary. Evaluate complaints for potential adverse events which are then forwarded to pharmacovigilance. Collaborate with colleagues globally on reports that are received from outside the US. Conduct trend analyses in order to provide and alert to changing safety and efficacy profiles on regular and ad-hoc basis. Prepare and deliver accurate reports of continuing product performance for Quality and other departments of The Company. Bachelor's degree in clinical with a healthcare certification required (i.e. RN, RPh, PharmD, Physician’s Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, Respiratory Therapist, etc.)



Experience:


1. A minimum of five years clinical/practical experience in a relevant clinical environment required.


2. Previous Quality Assurance or Regulatory Affairs experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry is preferred



Preferred Skills/Qualifications:


1. Knowledge of FDA regulations and guidances in the area of complaint handling for pharmaceuticals, biologics and medical devices.


2. Experience interacting with regulatory agencies such as the FDA.

  • Frequent communication and working relationships with customers, manufacturing QA personnel, and Medical Information Specialists
  • Interact with a variety of Corporate Divisions. These include, but are not limited to, Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Information, Pharmacovigilance, R&D, Marketing, Quality Assurance, Sales, and Customer Service. The degree and scope will vary according to the needs of the departments involved



WORKING CONDITIONS:


  • Normal office conditions, which include sitting for long periods of time and computer and phone use.
  • Occasional travel may be required for such things as training seminars, manufacturing site visits, and professional/trade conventions.

Job Summary:

Market Growth Managers (MGMs) are important leaders and are responsible for the teams that grow patient base in the communities served. MGMs build and manage a team of up to 12 Membership Consultants and 2 Community Relations Specialist.


MGMs manage across multiple clinic locations and are responsible for growth in the entire market, spanning all channels including B2C and B2B sources. MGMs are integral to our new market launches and are one of four members of the Market Leadership Team (MLT). MGMs position their teams for success by developing effective B2B relationships with patient referral sources like health plan distribution leadership, FMOs / independent brokers, and community organizations. They are equally focused on grassroots sales, ensuring their teams are active, organized, and productive in their direct outreach efforts. MGMs are expected to develop market strategy, tailor their team’s approach to each sub-market, review metrics daily, and ensure the Growth team operates systematically & effectively. Prior management experience in Medicare Advantage sales or working with seniors is helpful though not required; we are a new breed of healthcare provider open to great sales leadership from many walks of life.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Supervising, coaching and mentoring a multi-disciplinary team
  • Relentlessly pursuing that team's monthly growth targets through strong leadership, analysis, problem-solving, teambuilding, and coaching
  • Developing productive B2B relationships with leaders of health plans, FMOs/independent brokers, and community organizations

Education and Experience:

  • H.S. Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred

  • 1+ years’ supervisory experience in a metric driven environment
  • Experience with a Medicare Advantage plan, FMO / benefits broker, or provider is preferred
  • Experience working with or selling to the senior community or medically underserved preferred
  • Valid drivers’ license (required)
