Position Summary:
As the Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you will spearhead the operational excellence of our pharmaceutical distribution operations while building and leading a high-performing team of 10+ warehouse associates. You'll partner directly with our Director of Operations to establish accountability systems, optimize our RF-SMART NetSuite ecosystem, and play a pivotal role in our exciting expansion plans including a state-of-the-art new facility setup. Core Responsibilities:
- Build comprehensive KPI accountability systems using RF-SMART manager dashboards that drive individual and team performance metrics tied to company goals

- Establish operational excellence for a new state-of-the-art distribution facility from the ground up, designing workflows and processes for maximum efficiency

Must-Have Requirements:
- Proven people leadership experience managing 10+ warehouse or distribution team members with demonstrated ability to build accountability and drive results
- Warehouse/logistics management experience in supply chain, distribution, or manufacturing environments (pharmaceutical experience preferred but not required)
- Technology / WMS aptitude hands on experience with - Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) technical proficiency, WMS implementations, WMS strategy, or optimizations with a WMS, ERP platforms is required for this role. (RF-SMART/NetSuite experience a plus).
- Automation Technologies such as Locus Robotics, AutoStore or similar
- On-site availability - this is a fully on-site position in Miami, FL (Doral area) Monday-Friday with occasional Saturday coverage (9am-1pm)
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement systematic improvements
- Regulatory awareness or willingness to learn compliance requirements in highly regulated industries

- Work with the Vendor Promotions team to secure vendor funding and support for promotional programs that drive member value.
- Support the Registration and Compliance teams by ensuring all import/export documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all vendors maintain current agreements, including updated terms, compliance expectations, and performance standards.
- Review buying and distribution workflows to eliminate inefficiencies, improve productivity, and ensure staffing levels support business needs.
- Develop and maintain a seasonal merchandising/communications calendar to support timely planning and execution of high‑demand products.
- Build strong vendor relationships and conduct structured business reviews twice per year to evaluate performance and set goals.
- Develop in‑and‑out programs to strengthen categories, introduce innovation, and maintain member interest.
- Maintain strong alignment with Operations, ensuring merchandising notes and operational feedback are addressed promptly.
- Establish replenishment criteria for low‑stock items, including bracket pricing and distribution optimization.
- Review daily and weekly reports to monitor costs, quality, service levels, inventory turns, and out‑of‑stocks, acting as needed.
- Maintain accurate item information—including dimensions, pricing, terms, and category coding—in internal systems.
- Monitor team performance, identify training needs, and support ongoing development.
- Track vendor invoice payments to ensure timely processing and resolve discrepancies.
- Oversee competitive price‑shopping programs to ensure strong value positioning in Optical and Hearing Aids categories.
- Visit warehouse locations as needed to assess program execution, gather member and employee feedback, and evaluate the effectiveness of current and upcoming programs.

The Legal Administrative Assistant provides administrative and organizational support to the Legal Department. This role focuses on document management, tracking, coordination, calendaring. And internal process support, with all substantive legal work performed under attorney or senior paralegal supervision.
General Responsibilities
Corporate Administration & Entity Support
• Track annual reports, business licenses, and renewals and flag upcoming deadlines for review by senior legal staff
• Assist with registered agent administration, including logging notices, invoices and correspondence
• Save, label and file corporate documents in accordance with Legal Department naming and filing conventions
• Assist with entity formations and dissolutions by preparing administrative filings using approved templates and checklists
Document Management and Legal Administration
• Receive, log, save, and distribute legal documents upon receipt
• Assist with execution of documents, including coordination of signatures, notarizations, and delivery
• Maintain electronic and hard-copy legal files
• Support document compilation for internal review, audits and external requests
• Maintain version control and proper labeling of documents

• Assist with contract administration, including:

The Healthcare Sales Representative, is an outside healthcare sales representative who’s responsible for generating sales leads and membership by nurturing productive relationships with senior citizens, key local community partners and senior-focused businesses to enroll new patients to ChenMed. The Healthcare Sales Representative is the first of three separate tiers as part of the overall Healthcare Sales Representative Success Plan and growth career path at ChenMed.The incumbent in this role is developing skills to arrange, design, and orchestrate sales events and to develop fun and cost-effective techniques to keep senior participation and satisfaction high, in part to drive referral sales from satisfied patients to help fuel membership growth. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Begins to nurture, build and cultivate direct-to-seniors and business-to-business partnerships to generate new patient opportunities year-round.
- Meets with individual seniors and groups in their homes, workplaces, houses of worship, senior centers or living communities to share the ChenMed value proposition.

- Ensures insurance agents and/or brokers are invited to community events to ensure timely patient assignment to ChenMed/JenCare Medical Centers.
- Learns to use marketing and sales tools to identify solutions and sell to new customers. Maintains up-to-date client information in designated customer relationship management (CRM) tool (i.e., SalesForce). Utilizes CRM tool to document interactions with clients and ensures effective management of leads.
- Provides monthly activity calendar reflecting community access points and new tabletop venues. Creates penetration plans and initiatives in key target markets and channels.
- Recovers dormant customers via sales tools and marketing campaigns.
- Drives new member growth by appropriately educating potential patients on our value proposition and healthcare model. Delivers prescribed presentation in front of large audiences.
- Develops distribution channels to support new patient enrollment growth. Uses all sales tools provided to ensure efficiency and collection of pertinent data.
- Partners with sales leadership to improve effectiveness of engagements with distributors, vendors and community partners.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA:

PAY RANGE:
$38,509 - $55,013 SalaryThe posted pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for this position. Final compensation will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, education, geographic location, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for a bonuses or commissions.

The individual will work on various tasks that are necessary to run the business and move it forward. These tasks include but are not limited to: Assist new accounts and go after new business by cold calling and working on existing lead lists. Tasks that will be part of this position include but are not limited to:
- Act as a liaison between sales and other company departments to accomplish tasks and move topics forward.
- Engage with new leads and get them onboarded as a new account.
- Help create container orders for our new and existing customers. Giving them insight on products, trends, and pricing.
- Follow up with all leads and customers in a timely fashion on all requests
- Answer correspondence as needed on behalf of the appropriate party.
- Update the CRM and excel with customer notes, pricing, and other items as requested.
- Work on multiple projects for multiple accounts at the same time, handling each accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Cold Calling potential customers to determine decision maker and potential needs.
- Call lead lists to qualify accounts and reach decision maker. Get information on customers’ business and determine how our products can help.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish. Must be able to read and write in both.
- Previous sales experience required. (Wholesale/Export trade/FMCG a plus)
