How You’ll Make a Difference:
As a Dental Office Manager, you will lead the office in all office operations in support of the doctors to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. POSITION SUMMARY: The Repair Administrator reports to the Manager, Engine Programs and is responsible for repair order processing, collaborating with vendors, and daily/weekly follow-up of open orders as necessary to ensure promises are met/kept. Day will consist of calls, emails, quotes, data entry, and anything else that arises as it relates to Repair Order processing and consistent follow-up. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Producing Repair Orders as directed by Sales/Engine Programs.
- Consistent follow-up of all Open Repair Orders
- Data entry/updating of Repair Orders in our Pentagon 2000 (ERP) inventory software.
- Creating bi-weekly repair order reports for distribution.
- Communicate with vendors on open QC escapes and requests for warranty (as required)
- Obtaining Quotes, requesting internal approval(as required)
- Maintaining the filing system for Quote Approvals, Spec Repair Approvals and RO with SO Approval.
- Expediting completion of open repair orders
- Review quotation and negotiate discounts when possible/as instructed.

SKILLSAND EXPERIENCE
- 3 – 5 Years Experience in the Aviation Industry, working in a Repair Organization, with related administrative experience as referenced above.
- Familiarity with the following is preferred:
- IPC’s S/B’s, FAA 8130-3, EASA Form One, CAAC release certifications
- FAA Regulations and Accreditation Program
- General industry required documentation, certification, and traceability.

The Role

General understanding of permitting process and continuous updating to project team on the status of open project permits
- Manage the development and maintenance of relationships with neighbors, community constituents, partners, investors, design consultants, government officials, sales associates, buyers, tenants, management companies, contractors, and lenders, etc. as it relates to your current role and for the overall success of the project
- Coordinates and participates in the monthly payment draw request inspections with Lender’s representative, Project Manager and General Contractor. Assists in preparation and review of invoices and pay applications for processing in accordance with loan compliance requirements
- Coordinate sales, leasing, branding and marketing efforts with Project Manager to ensure seamless coordination of the project design and construction. What You'll Do:
Embrace the role of a 360 seller within the dynamic SMB landscape, proactively identifying and targeting potential new Meltwater customers
Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas by effectively identifying and targeting potential new Meltwater customers.
Utilize thorough discovery processes to qualify leads and prioritize efforts towards high-value opportunities.
Consistently deliver engaging demonstrations and persuasive sales presentations, to captivate audiences and convert leads into customers.
Proactively manage contract negotiations to secure agreements that meet both customer requirements and company objectives.
Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Customer Success and Sales Operations to guarantee a seamless process for our clients.
Regularly assess progress towards quarterly goals and adjust strategies as needed to maintain momentum and achieve targets.
What You'll Bring:
A Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred for this role, allowing you to leverage your academic strengths.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in business-to-business sales is required, with a demonstrated success in new business development.
Proficiency in negotiation tactics is essential, coupled with the ability to articulate intricate value propositions persuasively.
Proven track record of being results-driven, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proactive approach towards executing targeted outreach initiatives and generating leads.
Strong organizational prowess, including adept management of the customer purchase process and skillful negotiation of contract terms.
Collaborative mindset, with the ability to effectively coordinate efforts with internal teams to ensure successful implementation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Base Salary of $41,000-$54,000USD per year + monthly commissions subject to the terms of the applicable commission plan.
- Total compensation range for this position: $67,500 - $90,000 USD per year.Earnings are dependent on individual sales performance.

The Sales Executive will drive new business by acquiring customers and generating revenue with our BFSI vertical.
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role involves creating demand, building a pipeline, and closing deals.
The Sales Executive will lead new logo pursuits and nurture client relationships by leveraging expertise in the modern customer experience outsourcing incorporating digital transformation solutions such as consulting, conversational AI, RPA/automation, messaging, and analytics to elevate customer engagement beyond traditional offerings.
